About: Hi! My name is Chiara, I’m 27, and I’m from Italy. I have been a dog lover my entire life. My own dogs are currently back in Italy, and I miss them dearly! Because of this, I would love to spend time walking, cuddling, and exercising your furry friends here in Limerick. I have extensive experience working as a professional dog trainer, both in private settings and in various facilities, so I am very comfortable with all breeds and temperaments. In fact, I am particularly experienced with large breeds and molossers, as they are the type of dogs I have at home. Please note that I cannot host dogs at my place as I live in a shared apartment, but I am fully available for walks and outings. My availability is Monday to Friday in the afternoon, and all day on weekends. I look forward to meeting you and your dog soon! I am fully available to dedicate my afternoons (Monday to Friday) and my entire weekends to your pets. Since I only offer dog walking and home visits, your pets will have my absolute, undivided attention during our time together. I am very flexible and can easily adapt to your pet's usual routine for feeding, walking, and playtime. As a professional dog trainer, safety is my absolute priority. I only care for your pets at your home or during outdoor walks, ensuring a stress-free environment. I am highly attentive to dog body language, always keep dogs on a secure leash, and avoid unnecessary risks or unvetted interactions with other animals. You will receive regular photo and text updates during every visit or walk.

About: I used to have a dog for several years who was extremely excited for walks, I've also looked after a family member's dog when they were away for vacation several times. I love taking care of extremely hyper dogs who want to play all day or run around. Currently a student on summer break, nothing else planned or scheduled. As such, I will be able to provide full care for your pet. During the school year I'll be adjusting my schedule but I still plan on looking after pets during the full year! I will do my very best to ensure the safety and care for your pet and if needed, house. I will accommodate any special request that your pet may need. I will communicate any question or issue that may happen. If your pet is boarding in my house, I should note I live with my parents, but they will not be assisting with care and assistance. I will be taking full responsibility. I will answer any questions you may have about me.

About: I’ve been caring for pets with love and dedication for over 10 years. I’ve worked mainly with dogs of all sizes and temperaments, from energetic puppies to senior dogs who need extra attention. I handle walks, feeding, playtime, and companionship, always making sure they feel safe and happy. Families who’ve trusted me often highlight my responsibility, empathy, and the bond I naturally form with every animal. I study in the mornings, so I have lots of free time to give your pets the care and attention they deserve. I’m available to start from 1:30 PM every day. I don’t have a yard at my place, but there’s a park nearby where I take the pets for walks. I have a dog, so they always have company and playtime. I follow the owner’s instructions for food and care, and I make sure the pets are comfortable, safe, and happy.

We recently had the pleasure of hiring Doreen to look after our cat Napoleon for ten days, and we couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience. From the start, Doreen demonstrated professionalism and genuine affection for animals. Throughout the ten days, Napoleon was well-fed, played with, and given plenty of attention. Thanks Doreen

About: Hi! My name is Igor, and caring for animals has always been something I genuinely enjoy. I understand that every dog has its own personality, routine, and comfort needs, so I always provide patient, attentive, and loving care to help pets feel safe, relaxed, and happy while their owners are away.

I have experience handling dogs with different personalities, sizes, and energy levels, including shy dogs, highly active dogs, senior dogs, and pets that may feel anxious in new environments. I know how important it is to stay calm, observant, and patient to help dogs adapt comfortably and build trust. I am also comfortable following feeding schedules, reinforcing routines, administering basic care instructions, and monitoring behavior closely to ensure every pet remains safe and comfortable.

I provide multiple walks per day depending on the dog’s energy level and needs, with walks usually lasting between 20–45 minutes. I also include playtime, companionship, rest periods, and mental stimulation throughout the day. Dogs are rarely left alone for long periods, and I always make sure they receive attention, supervision, and affection.

I keep owners updated regularly with messages and photos so they can feel reassured and connected while away from their pets. In my home, dogs have a calm, clean, and safe environment where they can relax comfortably. I carefully manage introductions between dogs when needed and always prioritize safety, hygiene, and emotional comfort.

I prefer caring for vaccinated pets to help maintain a healthy environment for all animals. My goal is to create a positive, stress-free experience where every dog feels welcomed, protected, and treated like family. I provide multiple walks per day depending on the dog’s energy level and needs, with walks usually lasting between 20–45 minutes. About: I have had pets since I was a kid. And as an adult, I've taken care of dogs and cats of my family, friends and neighbours. They always used to call me to help them. Currently I'm taking an english course at Ned Collage on afternoons, Monday to Thursday. I have free time at mornings, after 5:30 pm, and full availability fridays and weekends. I try to adapt the care in relation with the place. If it's a house with yard, we go out to play. If there isn't, we could go to walk for a close park. Or maybe stay home, if pets prefer it.

Samantha was fantastic! One of my cats requires multiple pills a day and she does not take them easily. Samantha was persistent but patient with her and made sure she received all her medication on time. When we ran into issues with our other cat eating her sister’s food, Samantha came up with solutions to ensure they both got fed. She was on time and communicated with us well. I felt very confident in her ability to care for our kitties. It gave us peace of mind while traveling. Thank you!

About: Over my 30 years I have taken care of cats, dogs, and birds. I love animals and am a very active person. I would love to have a walking buddy! I can’t have a pet in my current accommodation, so I have lots of love to give your animal! I have a flexible job so I am available anytime. I don’t like leaving animals for long on their own, so I will prioritize frequent visits. I understand it can be scary to trust your pet or home with a stranger— I will make sure to send updates and treat your home with the same respect as my own.

About: I have been around pets all of my life and have so much experience with them. I grew up with my cocker spaniel dog Bella who is 10 now. In Amsterdam I walked dogs and looked after peoples pets for a year. When I came back to Ireland I continued pet sitting. I also adopted my cat Winston last year. I work 4 days a week, no later than 5pm. I can stay in your home full time as I work in the city centre. If you can book on a day I am off work, then your pet has me all day! I’m unable to look after pets in my own home as it is too small but I am happy to travel/stay to your home where your pet is comfortable in their own space! Anything I can do to make your pet happy please let me know.

About: Hi! I’m César, a passionate pet enthusiast with years of experience caring for dogs of all sizes and temperaments. Back home, I have a beloved dog of my own, so I understand deeply that pets are family members who deserve the utmost respect, safety, and affection. I am currently a student in Limerick with a flexible schedule, which allows me to dedicate quality time to your furry friends. Whether it’s an energetic walk through the park or a cozy night of pet-sitting at your home, my goal is to ensure your pet feels happy, secure, and loved while you are away. I am responsible, punctual, and committed to following any specific routines or medical needs your pet may have. I can’t wait to meet your four-legged companion! As a student at Griffith College, I have a very organized and flexible schedule that allows me to integrate pet care seamlessly into my daily life. I am an active person who enjoys a consistent fitness routine, so I incorporate dog walking as a natural and joyful part of my physical activity. During the week, I have specific blocks of time between my classes and study sessions that are perfect for drop-in visits or midday walks. My evenings and weekends are generally very flexible, making me available for overnight pet sitting or longer stays. I treat pet care not just as a task, but as a dedicated part of my routine where I can share my time, go for outdoor walks, and provide the companionship every pet needs to feel happy and healthy. Since I exclusively offer services at the pet owner's home, my priority is to maintain the security of your house while ensuring your pet feels safe in their familiar environment. In your home: I strictly follow the guidelines provided regarding feeding, medication, and house rules. I am extremely mindful of exits and entries to prevent any escapes, and I ensure your home is kept tidy and secure during my stay or visit. During walks: Safety is paramount. I always keep dogs on a leash in public areas and remain highly observant of the surroundings, including traffic and other animals. I also bring eco-friendly waste bags to ensure we leave the environment clean. My goal is to provide peace of mind, knowing that both your pet and your home are in responsible, caring hands. I provide frequent updates and photos so you can stay connected with your furry friend's well-being.

About: I consider myself very good around pets, particularly cats, whether they're playful kittens or senior cats. I take pride in being calm, patient, and reliable when it comes to animals; this goes hand-in-hand with my ability to read animals pretty well! I'm currently a Master's student at the University of Limerick! This means that I have a fairly flexible schedule, allowing me to squeeze in pet care at any time of day, without being stuck in a classroom. I rarely have plans on weekends and holidays, so I have excellent availability if you need your pets taken care of. I'm very familiar with all aspects of cat care, from maintaining a spotless litter box to keeping your cats entertained through play. I've raised two kittens myself and treat every animal as if they were a member of my own family, because I understand how stressful it is to leave a pet. My goal is to give owners peace of mind.

About: I’ve been looking after cats in my local neighborhood since I was 10. I myself have 5 cats! My cats names are chewy, many, sooty and bubbles who are beautiful Siamese cats and also have a gorgeous Siamese girl called Sheeva. I have a driving license so I can attend to vet visits while you are away if necessary. I am able to clean litter, feed, play, walk(on a leash if trained) and give them treats while you are away! I’m currently working part time doing daytime shifts so I would have plenty of time to look after your furry friends! I’m able to travel within limerick and have my own car if vet visits are necessary while you are away! In my household, 4 of my cats are indoor cats and one is outdoor. My outdoor cat is vaccinated annually and treated against fleas to ensure safety of my indoor cats, she is also trained to stay within the proximity of my household when she is outside and always is kept inside the home overnight and I always provide her with a food bowl and fresh water when she is outside. I will create a safe and happy environment for your cats.

About: Hi, I’m Sarah 😻 I’m a qualified veterinary nurse with 25 years’ experience caring for cats of all ages, temperaments and health needs. I understand how important it is for cats to stay in their own home and routine while their people are away, and I always aim to provide calm, gentle and reliable care. I’ve grown up with cats all my life, and they’ve always been a big part of my home and family. My grandmother had Siamese cats, which I absolutely adored, and spending time with them taught me from a young age to respect cats’ independence, sensitivity and unique personalities. I share my home with my dog Tayto and cat Scout. Scout is 15-year-old and I’ve had her since she was a kitten. She’s genuinely the funniest and most vocal cat I’ve ever known — always needing to be at the centre of whatever’s happening and never shy about making her opinions known! She’s a real “chatty” presence in the house and has been my constant companion over the years.
