About: There has never been a time in my life where I was not a doting caregiver for at least one dog in my home. I am proficient in any tasks included in caring for any canine! This includes poop scooping, accident clean-up, brushing, adhering to feeding and walking schedules, and more. I am also open to, and comfortable with, medical situations such as administering medications or accommodating the needs of a disabled/older dog. Above all else, I challenge myself always to allow dogs, and all animals, to find a space of comfort around me. I volunteer several times a week caring for dogs at local animal shelter, and I will soon be seeking employment there. This opportunity has allowed me to gain experience being comfortable with dogs of varying sizes and temperaments on walks and maintenance. I'm currently home from college for the summer, and right now work part-time in pharmacy, and part-time at the animal shelter while making time for Rover bookings. With that being said, my schedule is pretty flexible! Both my workplaces are very understanding that my schedule can be odd and adjustments can and will be made to provide the best care possible for your pet(s). Due to the presence of one dog who does not like strangers at my home, I only offer dog walks and drop-ins currently! I have worked in a variety of home environments and am willing to work in any situation. My phone is on at all times for owner concerns, and I am willing to send pictures of the animal at request! I strictly follow rules and guidelines pertaining to animal care, and aim to make it a comfortable and positive space for me, the animal(s) and the owner at all times.

About: For several years I owned a Doggy B and B where the dogs were part of my family. There were no cages or crates which the owners really appreciated. They slept in bed with me, jumped and lounged on all the furniture, watched TV, ate plenty of homemade treats, went swimming in the pool and don't forget the car rides to the park and river. Every weekend I would shop for new, safe and tough toys. We celebrated holidays and birthdays with homemade pupcakes, presents and costumes. They also got a "report" card saying how their day was and what they did that day or weekend. There were lots of pictures taken and shared too. Areas and toys were thoroughly inspected each day to ensure a safe and fun playtime. I love pets! All kinds of them. Your pet will get my undivided attention. I bring toys & treats plus send lots of pictures while you're away. That way you can enjoy our pawty too. Since I can't have pets in my home, I'll come to your pet's home. I care for them like they are mine. Give them lots of pets, play with toys inside & outside, walk them on a leash several times a day, watch TV with them & most importantly, share the bed at night. I want your pet to feel comfortable & loved by me.

About: I am an outgoing, active, and loving person who prides herself in going above and beyond for animals and people. I aim to please and make the time away from your animals as easy as possible with no worries on the attention and care they get from me. I am currently a stay at home mom with a very flexible schedule and can fit anything into my schedule. About: I am very caring and will provide a family like atmosphere. I will make sure the best possible care is given, i have been pet sitting since i was 10 years old for family and friends. I have 1 cats currently. I am a mother to a 7 year old boy, a 2 year old boy and have my cousins 7 year old daughter. I have experience with animals with social and separation anxiety . About: I have trained and taken care of puppies older and younger puppies also have taken care of Senior dogs making sure they get all the nutrients and tender loving care that they deserve I work part time at a job and have most of my days available and work during the nights meaning that I am a night shifter so I am available during days I care for pets how I would care for my children making sure they have plenty of food and water and make sure they feel safe and loved

About: I have experience in working in a vet clinic and on a local farm of large animals. I have been trained to minister care for all cats/dogs of all breeds/sizes. If your pet has any health issues such as diabetes or has hit senior years, no worries! New puppy paws running around? Glad to be of assistance to help them learn better manners and play til the nap! I am a full time student at Michigan State University but am off for the summer! I am very flexible and can provide care for your pets around my schedule. I’m free on the weekends as well. I am in the Kalamazoo area until August 14th, 2025 due to having to go back to school for clinicals. Since I am not able to keep your pets in my home due to space, I will treat your home with all respect. If you have places and boundaries that are set, they will be followed accordingly. If your pet or myself makes a mess, it will be cleaned up immediately! I have a pet cleaner machine and products to get pet stains out in a jiffy!

About: Throughout my life I have cared for two cats and a Bichon-Frise/Poodle Mix. I was involved in caring for my dog from the day he came to us: showing him how to use stairs within those first couple of days and teaching commands for the next couple of years. Inevitably he aged, and over time I developed a familiarity with handling the many facets of caring for an aging dog: arthritis, anxiety, mobility challenges, and mood shifts. I learned the tricks for keeping him calm in the car, and those for getting him to take his medications. In all those years I consistently played with him in our fields, took him for walks, and ignored his grouching when I bumped him in his sleep. I love all animals very much, but as an innately energetic person, and as someone who is convinced (like most) that I had the best dog in the world, I find I bond most quickly and most deeply with dogs. I would be thrilled to meet yours. I am a recent college graduate looking for work while I job search. During the day I apply to jobs on my computer. Then, at night, I apply to jobs on my computer. My schedule is almost entirely open. In general I do my best to follow the pet's pace/lead, prioritizing the animal's comfort whenever possible. I follow provided schedules in a regimented manner, and if a schedule is not provided, then I will develop one myself. I take things like medication management and potty breaks very seriously, aware that when an owner is gone, pets are often stressed, and this stress can exacerbate pain and/or behavioral struggles. Regardless of the weather I am always happy to move and be active, so regular walks/exercise with pets is no trouble. As a pet lover, quality time is never an inconvenience either. I am more than thrilled, if your pet is more of a lounger than a runner, to just sit with them and relax.

About: For as long as I can remember, I have always had an animal in my life. I got a puppy at a young age and cared for him up until the day he passed. Since becoming an adult, I adopted a kitten and continue to care for him. He is now 6 and the light of my life! I have an extremely flexible schedule! I currently work part time with a lot of availability. I’m available at almost any hour of the day. I currently have a cat but he has his own space if tensions were to rise. I have a mid sized unfenced yard, but I know of multiple dog parks. I’m available to cuddle up with animals or wear out some energy!

About: I grew up around dogs and have often been tasked with dog sitting, walking, playing, basically anything. Most of my family are dog people, and I was in charge of a lot for my childhood dog. I work nights, so I’m available during those busy days when you can’t find the time! I’m the perfect flexible carer during this hectic summer. About: I’ve had dogs my whole life, at one point we had 10. I’ve taken dog sat for many people in my church and in our neighborhood. I am currently a freshman at Trine University, so afternoons are best for me! I typically get out of class at 1 pm Monday-Friday. Thursdays I am completely free. My cats are indoors, they have a rolling pet crate/pen used outside at times when weather permits. I live rural so its not safe for them to be indoor/outdoor cats. I had dogs all of my life and 3 dogs who were my babies for very long time. A lab for 16 years. A bassador for 13 years. And as a child 4 different dogs. All were well cared for even when having to move to an apartment after a divorce my dogs were often sent to doggie day care and also we visited pet parks as frequently as possible.

About: Former federal employee and defense contractor (over 25 years)/deferred retirement. I've been boarding, house sitting, dropping in, walking, and running with dogs since COVID. I also provide cat care. Open to other duties as assigned (mail collection, plant and/or pool/spa care, garbage/recycling, snow clearing, etc.). Prices are adjustable, and willing to trade services for a handy person. Golf league couple evenings/week, and ski locally on weekends. Membership Director of the Battle Creek Ski Club - occasional meetings. House sitting radius is unlimited -willing to travel; drop ins or walks within 10 miles please. Safe neighborhood in Battle Creek. I have a .5 acre lot, but only the yard around my pool is fenced in (less than half the lot). Good safety latches on the gates; pool safety cover off-season that dogs are not allowed on. Recently purchased a kiddie pool for the dogs. Dogs must stay on leash during a meet-n-greet at my house, as Rover does not cover those. I do not own any pets or have children, and live alone. I may only be able to adequately supervise 1 dog at a time around the open pool. Bi-level home with carpeted stairs. It has been marked, so if that’s a potential issue, please look elsewhere. 4-wheel drive Jeep, so snow is not likely an issue to get to your fur babies.

About: My friends always say I’m the biggest dog lover they know! I’m super flexible with days and hours, and I get along great with all kinds of dogs. I’ve attended multiple dog training sessions with my own pup, so I’m comfortable handling different personalities and behaviors. I’d love nothing more than to shower your dog with love and attention! It depends on the week but I am mostly free when needed! The days that work best for me are mon-Friday but I am free most weekends. In my home I’m sure to take my dogs out every 2 hours. I play with my dog a ton and always take him to the dog park or on long walks to get all his energy out. I am very affectionate with dogs and love to spend time with them.
