“Codi was so incredible with our pups! We knew from the start she was a wonderful person who would give our babies great care! They both came home happy and safe! We will absolutely have Codi take care of them again! We feel very comfortable recommending her to everyone!”

“Best dog sitter ever. We will use her any and every time we need to leave our fur-baby behind. She was so patient with him and her dogs were very welcoming to our dog who does not have a pack. The only down side is Ollie wants to go there every time we get in the car. Would recommend to all!!”

“We are so happy we found Fran! Fran was wonderful with our pup Lupine. She took her walking, on play dates, and let her snuggle with her. Staying with Fran was like a puppy vacation for our girl. I highly recommend Fran!”

She sent us daily updates and pictures to let us know how Bailey was doing. Bailey had a surgery recently and Laura helped her to fully recover. We would definitely recommend Laura to take excellent care of your furry friend.”

About: I have always had a dog since the age of 5. I have trained and taken care of dogs basically my whole life! However, I don’t train, just have done the basics with mine :) I’m here to take care of your pet, and provide ease of mind so you can enjoy whatever you may be doing! I am currently a stay at home mom! I have a small, Maltese, male dog myself, so taking care of a pet is part of our routine! We go on walks and can allow for your pet to lounge and be lazy if needed too! My schedule is flexible, however there may be times I am gone for 2-4 hours at a time. My dog is very easy and flexible, so if yours is too, this is the perfect place! We do not have a fence, but we have a place where we can go on walks in our neighborhood. It’s very dog friendly! If your dog needs to be crated, they can be crated here. My dog is crated at times, but can also stay out, so if yours is trained, I am happy to let them stay out in the house. I can feed your pet at anytime, and provide multiple walks during the day depending on the need. I have a lazy dog, who enjoys sleeping most of the day, so I am able to meet your dogs varied needs!

“Grady had a great weekend with Hunter and her family. She sent updates and pictures regularly which definitely put us at ease knowing Grady was being well cared for. We highly recommend Hunter and I know Grady would agree!”

“Jill was wonderful! We were in a particularly tough situation and she went above and beyond to make sure my pups and I were all very comfortable. She treated them like two of her own. My dogs had a wonderful time exploring her fenced in farm and had a vacation of their own. She routinely sent pictures, many of which were of them exhausted after play time! I will 100% use Jill again!”

“Amanda and her sweet family were an absolute Godsend in the care of our Wally. Amanda provided updates and pictures every day, and put our minds at ease while we were traveling. I can’t recommend Amanda enough!”

“We were very pleased with Bella's stay with Craig and Julie. Bella loved the home immediately and enjoyed running up and down their stairs. We were gone for 9 days and Craig sent us pictures and updates on how Bella was getting on. We greatly appreciated the extra attention he gave to her and gave to us. We felt secure and peace knowing she was well cared for. We plan to be in the area again next year and plan to have3 Bella stay her again. We highly recommend this family.”

About: We have been boarding dogs in our home for almost 2 years. We fostered dogs before that, and we have owned dogs our entire lives. I am a stay-at-home mom and my husband works full time from home, so your furry best friend will be in good company while you're gone. We strive to make your dogs stay as smooth as possible with a consistent routine and ample play time. We have 2 dogs that have their own space, but like playing with others if that's something your dog would be interested in. Dogs in our care have free range of the main living area in our home. They are allowed on the couch. We crate the dog(s) when no one is home and at night for bed time. We try to keep feeding schedules the same as yours and we have a fenced in lot. Dogs are let out very frequently and given lots of play time. Our house is clean and safe. The crates are sanitized between dogs. All dogs in our care must be good with children, crate trained, and good with other dogs.

“Herk loved his time with James. He got to play with many new friends and James kept him over a holiday. We didn’t have to worry while traveling. James responded quickly and was very easy to work with!”

“Our dog absolutely enjoys his time staying with Allison. She sends us pictures and videos of him regularly, and this demonstrates that he is having a great time.”

“Delihla was so good with Peach and Josephine! She worked with them both to make sure they were comfortable and happy. My dog Peach can sometimes be hard to figure out and Delilah did an excellent job working with her. I will totally book again and highly recommend her.”

“Cassy was nothing short of amazing. Tulsa had the best time. We got plenty of updates and photos of all their fun adventures! Thanks for loving on our pup!!”

“Hope and her family were absolutely fantastic! She was extremely accommodating, as it was a late notice booking. It was clear immediately that her experience made her a fantastic sitter. She is extremely knowledgeable about dogs, particularly huskies, which was very important for me, as she kept my three year old husky. He has separation anxiety (and let’s be honest, leaving our fur babies is hard on us too!), but Hope went leaps and bounds to make sure he was loved on and felt safe. She sent me lots of updates, pictures, and videos. Atticus left her care having made some fantastic friends with their dogs. Anytime Atticus needs taken care of, Hope will be the first call I make! Do your fur babies and yourself a favor—book with Hope! ??”

About: I love animals! I was raised around animals all of my life. My parents had a hobby farm, complete with dogs, cats, chickens, goats, cows, emu's, sheep, ducks, pigs, etc. We bred and raised dogs of all kinds: huskies, dalmatians, chihuahuas, beagles, labs, golden retrievers, pugs, and so on. Since my childhood, I've helped feed, care for, and even administer medicine to our animals. I moved to Lexington KY in the Fall of 2010 and decided to take care of others' furry friends while they're away. I started and ran my own dog walking and pet sitting business for 7 years. I ended up closing down to do some traveling. But I sure miss getting out and spending time with my furry friends. Whether you're at work, on vacation, or just out for the day, it will be my Joy to take care of your pets. From midday walks and home visits, to puppy breaks and house sittings, I'll treat your pet as my own, and make sure they get plenty of lovin'. “Do unto others as you’d have them do unto you.” That’s what I try to live by. And I’ll bring that ethos with me everyday to Caring for your seeet fur baby or babies.

About: Grew up in Florida around a lot of wildlife. Owned dogs, cats, ferrets, snakes fish etc. I love and respect all animals. I can sit in your home or mine. I didn't have fenced yard but acres of private land and can take out in leash. Available 24/7 if needed. I have 4 year old Italian Greyhound retired service dog who gets along with everyone and everything... No worries there. Please make sure your pet is NOT AGGRESSIVE. I am retired therefore my schedule is very flexible. I can stay during the day, night or even overnight if I am needed at that location. I live in condo and cannot board animals. I am willing to stay in clients homes with or without my dog being with me there

About: I have a dog myself (4 years old) and I understand how hard it is to find someone to take care of your dogs while you’re away. I would absolutely love if you trust me to watch your babies and I will send you lots of pictures and updates if you’re comfortable with that. I’m a graduate student at Appalachian State and live super close to campus so I’m at my apartment most of the day when I’m not in class. I am quite flexible, I do live in an apartment so a lot of what I’ll do with be out and about or playing with my dog if they’re good together. I am available to watch them often and I’m the only one on the home so you don’t have to worry about them running away for any reason.

“Nikita (and Joe!) could not have been nicer! What a godsend that we were able to find her to care for our daughter’s dog, Loo, over Thanksgiving! Loo had a great time and was well taken care of. We will definitely give her a call next time we need a pet sitter! Thank you so much!”

Raven & Levi J.
“Raven has shown all the things one would feel comfortable with providing pet care while away. Not only does she provide care for our dogs, cats and chickens. She took notes of their quirks and their routines to make sure they stayed on schedule. She provided them with their medicines, kept the litter boxes cleaned and the chickens contained. Our animals and pets have never seemed in distress when we got back. Sometimes I think they are sad when we are back because they might not receive the spoiled attention they got from her. She's a trustworthy individual whom we feel comfortable with. She has provided animal pet care services for us several times now.”
