About: I’ve cared for dogs for a large part of my life and absolutely love getting to know each pup’s unique personality. My wife and I have two friendly dogs, Ozzy (a Jack Russell Terrier mix) and Brees (a Blue Heeler mix), so your dog will have built-in playmates if they enjoy social time! I work from home a good bit, which means I’m able to give your dog plenty of attention, potty breaks, and supervision throughout the day. We also have a good sized, fully fenced-in backyard that’s perfect for safe play, zoomies, or lounging in the sun. I have experience with puppies, including crate training and basic commands, as well as senior dogs who need slower routines and a gentle touch. I’m always happy to follow your pet’s specific care instructions, and I’ll keep you updated with photos and messages so you feel connected while you're away. I know how important it is to trust someone with your furry family member, and I’m here to give them the same love and care I give my own. I work from home when I'm not traveling for work, so those will be the weeks I offer boarding services. My two dogs stay home with me as well on those days, so your dog will have friends to play with the entire time. I have two dogs - Brees and Ozzy. Brees (Blue Heeler mix) is younger and has more energy. Ozzy (Jack Russell Terrier mix) is older and more of a couch potato, so we're all inclusive of every personality! Whether your dog has tons of energy and loves to play, or is more laid back, they will jive well with us.

I do have well trusted and experienced people who can let the dogs out during the day if needed I have a fenced yard. I have two personal dogs who are very friendly and crate trained. I do require animals to be crate trained.

It's given me a deep well of knowledge about animal welfare, covering everything from the everyday stuff like good food and routines to spotting those subtle signs when something's not quite right and offering gentle comfort during tough times. Animal care has truly been the most rewarding adventure, cementing my dedication to making sure every animal I meet lives a healthy and joyful life. My current focus on finding a new professional path, combined with my nursing background, offers a unique advantage: flexible hours to dedicate to pet care. Not working a traditional schedule right now means I have the ability to truly adapt to an animal's needs, whether that's an early morning feeding, a midday medication, or an evening stroll. This flexibility ensures I can provide consistent, tailored attention, making it easier to integrate seamlessly into a pet's routine and provide the best possible care. When caring for pets in clients' homes, I focus on providing a seamless and stress-free experience for both the animals and their owners. I'll follow established routines, ensuring feeding schedules, playtime, and walks are maintained exactly as they would be by you. Plus, I'll send lots of pictures so you can see firsthand how happy and comfortable your beloved companions are in the familiar surroundings of their own home while you're away.
