It can often be stressful leaving our pup for such a long stretch of time but we could immediately tell that Shakya was such a dog lover and we felt very comfortable. Shakya was very communicative, sending daily updates and photos. Our dog was in amazing hands!!! We were so happy with the care Romy was given and will definitely be calling Shakya again to care for her. 10/10!!”

About: I have owned all types of animals my entire life. Ranging from cats and dogs to rats and goats. I also have owned bearded dragons, snakes, and other reptiles. I work with dogs and cats in my free time (even being fortunate enough to care for some police k9 across multiple departments in the Kennel and Boarding section of Quakertown Veterinary Clinic: Baron, Ranger, Jaso, Revo, Jax, and more!) I am an extremely patient person; especially with animals and love to take great care of them. I have owned small dogs and large dogs; currently I own two English Mastiffs, so I am adept in taking care of dogs of all sizes. I have been educated through the Upper Bucks County Technical School, personal experience, and now Delaware Valley University. In these experiences I have learned how to work with, walk, and entertain pets of all species. With me, I will make sure that your pets are well taken care of and that you don't have to worry about your pet being alone and not taken care of. I hope to be able to give you and your pets my 100%!

Martha also asked detailed questions to understand how to provide the best care. She was accommodating to my travel schedule and kept me posted on the girls throughout the trip. “Michele's love of animals has lasted her lifetime. Her background in Health Care is a factor you should consider as a PLUS for your pet. It's Michele's compassion for pets is exceptional. Michele and her son adopted a dog from the SPCA (Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals) with a broken leg that was casted and had a metal rod. Michele' dog, Lucky, was nursed back to health in her home, given a special rehab and lived a long healthy life.”
