At all times she was communicative, caring and purposeful in her interactions with Hygge, who probably worried about being in a new home away from home for a few days on many levels. My transportation plans were delayed due to a severe storm that prevented my scheduled pick up, and Andrea was patient, reasonable and loving during my own stress about being stuck in NYC beyond my control for the pick up of my dog after traveling for a few days. She worked with me every step of the way, and the boarding experience was a total success even with transportation issues. Hygge returned home happy, healthy, well-nourished and satisfied with renewed confidence in his ability to work with another lovely family in our sweet community in a spirit of trust and sucess. About: Ive taken care of dogs and cats since I was 12 and was given my miniature Australian Shepard at that age. She passed in 2020 and although I havent had another dog since, I am happy and comfortable around dogs. I work at an animal hospital on the West side and love it. I worked at AMC for two years as a veterinary assistant which confirmed for me I am in the right field. I am currently SAH so I have ample time to walk pets/ pet sit for anyone that needs assistance in their everyday lives. As long as I have notice I can manage anything I make sure I have many toys and bowls of water/food for the pets. I know about mannerisms for pets and am comfortable giving space or playing with pets that need it. All depends on what they want/ are comfortable with

We had a last minute need for doggy care over the Fourth of July and Jonathan was willing to welcome Mochi into his family for the whole weekend, and help him feel at home. About: Our pets change our lives for the better and I want to make sure they’re well taken care of too. By making connections via talking, playing, training, and grooming I pride myself in providing full care for my furry friends. I make training fun and learn their individual strengths! Pet care is an essential part in my daily routine. Each day begins by walking my pup, refreshing her water and food bowls. At the end of the day, I’m cleaning and prepping to start out routine over, putting toys away and doing our last walk of the night. I love taking my pups out downtown or to the dog park. If it’s dog-friendly, why aren’t we bringing the beans?! Everyone is always happy, fed, hydrated, and well played with. Pet hygiene and environmental cleanliness go hand in hand. I like to make sure I’m keeping my home clean for my pets. After all they play, lounge, and sleep in our home. The least we can do is make sure the space is free of dangerous objects or potential choking hazards. We also use pet gates in our home to ensure pet safety when cooking/cleaning/moving furniture.

About: My partner and I just raised a springer spaniel puppy who is now One! Puppy training is very fresh in our mind. Prior to adopting our pup, we had a 15 year old springer that we cared for that required special attention in his later years. Growing up, we each took care of our neighbors and friend's fur babies while they were on vacation or trips, big and small! I am available for full time attention for your animal starting at 4pm on Thursday until Monday morning at 7:30am all summer long. Overnight stays during the week can be reviewed on case by case basis. I have a big fenced in yard for our pups to run around in and play. I also have a large dog crate so that way you do not have to bring your own. We also have cameras on the inside of our house and our outside property for safety.

I work part time and I’m free any time after 3pm and before 9am. Also free Tuesday and Wednesdays all day!
