Rachel has an intuitive approach with dogs. Our dogs are small and older and very different from one another. She has managed to ensure that they get the time and attention they need. We are very grateful.

About: I’ve had a dog my whole life, in which I fed, walked, and looked after him. He passed last year and I’m not ready to get another one right now but would love to have dogs around. I absolutely love dogs and have taken care of friends and family dogs. I’m working part-time, 4 to 5 days a week. My schedule comes out 2 weeks in advance so I should have plenty of time to figure out when to look after or walk your pup! I will always keep an eye on your dog and follow all the guidelines you have, whether that’s letting them free in a fenced yard or keeping them on a leash outside.

About: I have been caring for pets for 15 years and I absolutely adore all animals. I will make sure your pet is comfortable, happy, and given lots of attention. I always pamper and spoil all animals. I pay close attention to specific diets, restrictions, etc to make your pup/cat and you as happy as can be. I have numerous references and would be glad to give them to you. I am 29 years old and I recently moved to Lebanon NH from Kansas City. Caring for animals is what makes me happy and I would love to care for your beloved pet. If you have any questions feel free to reach out. In the meantime, I hope you will think of me when you need any service for your pet. I have all the time to spend with your pet, and look forward to doing so! My side gig I do aside from caring for pets is that I make dog treats and cakes! I often take dogs out for walks and scoop the litter daily. I make sure food and water is full and address any sort of restriction and exact times to feed and let out pets.

You couldn't ask for a better dogwalker to take care of our boy Dexter! Abby is punctual, quick with communication, and most importantly Dexter simply adores her! We appreciate her going above and beyond giving Dexter some snuggle time before putting him back in his crate. If you're looking for a reliable dogwalker with experience we recommend Abby!

About: Hi there! I am 30 and I live in Springfield, VT and work in WRJ. So my radius is quite large. I have a 6 year old golden pup (as seen in photos) named Burton and also take care of my in laws cat, Middy. I grew up in Vermont on a small farm with 3 dogs (Pitbull and labs) and 2 cats. I currently have a pup, Burton. Who gets along with all dogs and people. Depending on your pets personality, I will be sure to be active with them. Our pup Burton gets 4 walks a day and typically goes for a swim once a day at a nearby kayak launch. I fully believe pets should have a significant amount of play + active time whether its a walk or drop in visit, they will have fun. I do work in WRJ from 8-5pm but I do have lunches available and we do have flexible time. Typically at lunch or after work I will have time to give them a good active walk/run. I am a very active person and believe all pups should have an active lifestyle as well. I only do walks + drop ins, most of my care will be outside! Love hiking, long walks and running. I have experience with running a husky every other day for 2-3 miles due to the high energy.

No matter your pets needs, I am sure I can deliver. Pet care fits naturally into my daily routine. I have a full-time job with a consistent Monday–Friday schedule, which allows me to plan reliably around pet care. I’m available for evening care after work, and full availability on weekends. I prioritize sticking to pets’ established routines and make sure they get plenty of attention, exercise, and care during the times I’m with them. About: I have worked in veterinary medicine for over 6 years and have been a pet owner most of my life. I have had a hospice dog and have a soft spot for senior animals. I currently have a Siberian husky, a husky/shepard mix and 2 cats! I currently have a flexible schedule that allows me to be available as needed. Animals are a significant part of my life and I look forward to helping you and your family. I am available for dog walks, drop ins, or pet sitting. I have 2 dogs and 2 cats as part of our family. They are definitely spoiled but also well trained. I take pet care very seriously, every animal deserves respectful and loving care. My dogs require a lot of activity due to their breeds which has given me a lot of experience with high energy, high needs dogs.

Group walks are a good fit for social dogs who enjoy structured walks. If your dog prefers the energy of a group stroll, ask your dog walker about group walks in your Etna. Since all dog walkers are local, they may have a neighborhood dog who is a good walking companion to yours.

The Rover Guarantee is Rover’s commitment to your peace of mind every time you book. It includes 24/7 customer support, sitter access to advice from qualified veterinary professionals for diagnostic issues, and a reimbursement program for eligible veterinary care in the rare event something goes wrong.

All bookings are backed by the Rover Guarantee , which provides up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care reimbursement.

Beyond ID checks, you can review each sitter's star rating, read verified reviews from other pet parents, and see how many repeat clients they have. Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit Rover's Trust & Safety page .

Yes, you can find walkers who have experience with handling special pet needs in Etna. On Rover:

  • 100% of walkers can help with special care needs
  • 94% can help with giving oral medications or injections
  • 100% can help with daily exercise

You can also find pet sitters on Rover who accept only one pet at a time, which is ideal for anxious puppies, kittens, or senior pets who move at a gentler pace. Some sitters will also list availability for 24/7 care, also known as constant care, in their profiles.

Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a walker. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your walker or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your walker questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and walkers on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.

Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.

Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.

If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement walker.
