Carissa U.
“Carissa is a wonderful lady who has owned pets for the last 20 yrs ,,,,they have all been from rescue groups and she treats them like children , very loving !! She is currently fostering a little Boston Terrier for a rescue group ( " Speak for the Unspoken " ) out of Columbus, Ohio. He came from an Amish Puppy Mill and has thrived in her care. He is very loving and she has done a wonderful job w/taking care of him. He just loved her other dog, Gus , so they got along famously . He is getting adopted in a few weeks, the couple who met him fell in love with him instantly. This is the type of person Carissa is , helping those who need help and have no voice. If you would consider having her watch your furbabies, I can tell you without a doubt they will be thoroughly loved and cared for !!”

About: I have had two small dogs that were the light of my life! Currently, I have Tanna my rescue chihuahua. I watch my sister’s pit bull (Dawn), my brother’s large dog (Maggie) and my friend’s medium and small dog (Cooper with Tanna). I have worked with young children for 16 years as an elementary school counselor, I am great with positive reinforcement. It is my passion to help children and animals thrive and feels safe! I love to go on walks and play with dogs! I would be honored to provide care, cuddles and fun with your dog! If you book me for house sitting, I wanted to let you know that I am allergic to down/feathers. I can bring my own bed linens to accommodate this allergy. I am currently retired and volunteer at The Butler Institute of American Art one day a week for 3 hours. This leaves me open to provide your pet with all the love, time and attention they need. I would never let any harm come to an animal! I have a large back yard, live close to several parks, for walkies and I have tons of energy to give towards the happiness of your pet. I feel like pets are family.

Sienna R.
“Sienna is so sweet and caring, always goes the extra mile! She loves animals of all shapes and sizes and will make sure your fur babies are well taken care of so you can have peace of mind while you're out 😌”

Avi C.
“Although Avi recently took care of our dog and cat while we were gone for a week, he’s been our pet sitter for a while (which included a feisty gecko!) When we came home, both animals were so happy to see us but also sad to see Avi go. In the amount of time my husband and I witnessed him interacting with our beloved pets, he was very sweet and warm toward them. Even when our dog was initially barking protectively, Avi took his time, went slow, and gave positive reinforcement the whole time to gain trust. We love that we know we can count on Avi to keep their routines and keep them happy and cared for when we go away for any length of time!”

Alexis R.

“Highly recommend! My pup never had a sitter before and she felt very comfortable with her! Got into her car and everything, Alexis also sent me numerous texts with pictures to ease my mind.”

About: I've worked in pet insurance for 4 years and have multiple points of contact if any concerns arise with a pet. I can administer insulin and give medication and follow a strict schedule. I work from home and my schedule is very flexible therefore I can attend to your pets needs right away if they need something. My available days will alternate every other week but we can schedule something. I am in a pet friendly apartment building if I would bring your pet to my residence as long as the larger animals can handle stairs. I can perform any function in the owner's home that is needed by me for the pet with no wait time of the pet's needs.

Shannon B.
“Shannon is compassionate, caring, organized, and resourceful. I would recommend her to anyone as a pet caregiver just on her lifetime of experience of growing up with and caring for her own pets. Then you add her years of professional experience in attention to detail costumer service, from babysitting to event coordinating.”

Kate M.
“Katie loves animals. I believe she would make a great dog walker. Actually she would be great with all animals in need of love and care.”

Nadia P.

“As a family member of Nadia, I am honored to write a Rover testimonial about her. I have known Nadia for 19 years and have seen her grow and mature into a responsible, loving, intelligent, trustworthy, hardworking, business-minded young adult. Nadia is a natural entrepreneur and takes pride in every entrepreneurial venture she undertakes. She will be an excellent Rover pet caretaker and dog walker because she has an open heart and unbiasedly loves people and animals. She is an excellent caretaker, who takes care of others pets as if they were her own – with love/care, kindness and attention to detail.”
