About: Hello! My name is Alyssa it’s such a pleasure to meet you! ☺️ I came to rover because I wanted to try something new and hopefully meet new friends and help their animals! I am a nurse and I also love waitressing on the side. My time has recently opened up which is why I’m trying this place out! I’ve raised cats my entire life and I’ve been raising German Shepherds for the last 2-3 years. I’m experienced with caring for sick animals as my first German Shepherd was special needs and so my 10 year old cat named Nico. I’m comfortable giving medication and I know many tricks to administering it to those who like to spit it out haha! I’m experienced handling working breed dogs and love training them! I’ve also been told many times I’m a cat whisperer and seem to win over even the most introverted cats 🤣 Having the ability to care for others and animals is my biggest accomplishment and blessing! I look forward to hopefully meet with you soon!! My schedule has been recently freed up so I’ve been prioritizing training my dog and doing self care! Scheduling is currently very flexible for me and I’ll update here when things change! As you may have guessed my life is pretty crazy busy 🤣🤣 but I do thrive off of the busy schedule and love being productive with my time! When it comes to my shepherd and cats, a consistent routine is always something I always create around my schedule! Routine is very important for pets and they can be stressed without it! Feeding, nap, play, and bedtime I always strive to keep consistent within a reasonable time frame. This is also what i strive for when caring for someone else’s pets as a primary way to keep stress to a minimum for them. When it comes to working breed dogs like mine, I like to allow around two hours daily of walking, training, and play to fulfill their psychological and physical needs. When I am caring for another person’s animal, I also love to help out in other ways such as basic chores around the house during down time! Cleaning is very therapeutic for me and I always love to help out when able to! However I do respect any and all boundaries on whatever you’re comfortable or not comfortable with!

About: Hello! My name is Kim and I’ve been a pet lover since day 1. First and foremost, I worked at a pet boarding facility for three years, where I worked myself up to manager. After wanting a change of pace, I became a veterinary technician for another three years until COVID hit. I love all animals - furry, scales, feathers, you name it! I have six dogs, five cats, four rabbits, three rats, two ferrets and an array of fish. When my parents brought me home, I was welcomed by an Old English Mastiff and a Shepard mix, so it was destiny for me to love animals. People have told me all my life that I was a natural with pets. From the tiniest of kittens to the biggest goofy Newfies, I love them all. I currently spend my time solely pet sitting so I have open time to care for your pets! I have reliable transportation to get to and from locations. Since I have many pets at home, I do not offer my own home for pet sitting. I have years of potty training, crate training and even party tricks experience with dogs of all sizes. I specialize in reward based training. About: I've grown up in a household full of all sorts of animals, from dogs to reptiles and even rodents. I have loads of experience with big animals and do not mind high energy pets. I have also volunteered at farms and just have a big passion for taking care of animals! Senior babies, disabilities, or litters won't scare me off, since I've handled those too! I'm days away from graduating high school, and would love to get into full time pet care since I'm working to get into a vet school. My schedule is pretty open and I'd love to help anyone at any moment with their fur babies! I've lived in a dog household for most of my childhood, but currently have a bearded dragon and tarantula. I used to own a cat, and even took care of her litter when she had babies! All of them were healthy and now have loving homes❤️ I used to take care of a senior dog for my neighbor who had a disability which could make him agressive if you made a move he didn't like, even after a few bites I still understood him and continued looking after him!

About: I've been taking care of my 2 year old puppy ever since she was super little, since then I am now taking care of my new kitten! Many rely and trust me since I have training of baby and senior animals! I have pet sit for more than 5 years now. I'm currently enrolled in college and over summer break I am available May - Early August. During my break, I work part-time and try my hardest to update my calendar everyday!
