About: I am the known pet sitter within my friends and family from puppies, kittens, and senior animals. I treat all of them like my own children. I am currently in the position of not working as I am an electrician apprentice. My schedule is very open during the week. I also am a student so Tuesday and Thursday nights I have class from 6:30 to 8:30 In my own home, I have a 5 month old kitten and my roommate has a 6yr old blue heeler. My kitten is free range in the house, we have gates to put up so the dog doesn’t get into his food or his litter box. The dog is crated only sometimes every now and then. Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
