About: I have grown up in a pet friendly household and taken care of my neighbors pets frequently. I love being around both cats and dogs! I am on summer break so I have a lot of free time! I have an internship that is very flexible and once a week (ending soon though) but other than that I currently do not have any other things that interfere with my schedule. I like to create an environment for pets where they feel comfortable and relaxed. I love giving them lots of toys and playing with them, but knowing when to give them space or let them nap. I also love taking them on long walks or just giving them lots of pets :)

About: I have always had a love and passion for animals since I was a little girl. I started in elementary school by offering to walk my neighbors' dogs just so I could have the opportunity to play with them. Over the years, I have gained even more love and experience in properly caring for all animals as if they were my own. I am a student at JMU who is looking for something part time. I have a lot of free time in the afternoon and most weekends which I would love to spend my time with your wonderful animals! I currently live in an apartment building but is willing to take them in, take them to dog parks, and go on long walks. I am comfortable and flexible on what I would need to do to ensure the happiness and safety for your pets!

About: -10+ years of experience including an internship at a vet’s office. -Experience caring for a large variety of breeds and ages, dogs as well as cats! - Comfortable with puppies, kittens, seniors, and pets with special needs. - Experience with handling emergency pet care situations in a calm and efficient manner. I love being around animals and spend a lot of time at my fiance’s horse ranch with 13 dogs and 12 cats! Your fur babies will be in good hands❣️ I also will take photos and send lots of updates I’m about to start a new semester of online college, so my schedule is very flexible. I have open availability to come for drop in visits and dog-walking throughout the week, and am also free to pet-sit overnights any days including weekends. I will follow any instructions on your pet care exactly as you have stated them and I will send updates of your fur-babies, and stay by my phone if you have questions. In case of emergency, I can provide basic first aid and I am comfortable transporting your animal to the vets office right away if need be.

“Arianna is great. She is very responsive & easy to work with. I can rest assured my buddy Fletcher 🐶 is well taken care of when she is stopping over to walk him.”

About: My family had two aging beagles I helped care for that eventually passed away. They both required much attention and medication. Any time my family members or friends need someone to watch their dog, they ask me. I have experience working with smaller sized dogs and much bigger dogs. I have also worked at a humane society. I’m currently in grad school but I will still have plenty of time to care for your fur babies and will make sure they are happy and healthy! I will make sure they go to the bathroom regularly, make sure they get plenty of exercise/walks, make sure they are well fed, and make sure they are overall safe and comfortable. It is my job to make sure your fur baby is happy! I am a responsible and compassionate care giver and I treat animals like people.

“Elizabeth is great! Super dependable and communicates very well. Luna would love to see her again!”

About: Hi there! I'm Carrie. I have been a pet owner and caretaker for over 15 years! I am experienced in walking, feeding, and otherwise caring for several types of pets. I currently own a cat and a dog, but I can also care for rabbits, hamsters, guinea pigs, and fish! My main option here is dog walking, but I can also do drop-in visits as needed. I currently work part-time so I have plenty of time to care for your animals and take them for walks. I am available most weekends for drop-in visits, and I will house sit as needed! I will ensure that dogs remain safely leashed during all walks. If the temperature of asphalt is too warm for walks I make sure to stick to grassy areas. I ensure that I know current vet care and contact numbers for emergency situations.

About: Hi, I’m Amber! I’m a lifelong animal lover based in Harrisonburg, VA, offering dependable care for dogs and cats of all breeds and ages. Whether your pet is a high-energy pup or a calm senior cat, I adapt to their unique needs and routines to keep them happy and stress-free while you're away. I offer dog walking, house sitting, and drop-in visits—all in your home, where your pet feels safest. I work remotely and is I do need to travel for work it is always in the area and I know in advance, so I’m able to be present and flexible when caring for your pet. My approach is simple: I follow your pet’s usual schedule—walks, meals, meds, naps, even bedtime cuddles—so they feel secure and loved. Your pet is my priority when they’re in my care, and I treat every visit like I’m caring for my own. Let’s set up a meet-and-greet—I’d love to get to know you and your pet! I work from home with a flexible schedule and can usually adjust my day around your pet’s needs. I do travel occasionally, but I always know my plans in advance and won’t take on bookings I can’t fully commit to. Feel free to message me—I'm happy to confirm specific dates or times! I believe pets feel safest and happiest in their own familiar environment, so I provide care exclusively in your home. I’m respectful of your space and always aim to leave things just as I found them—or better. Whether I’m dropping in, walking your dog, or staying overnight, I stick closely to your pet’s routine so they stay comfortable and relaxed. You can count on regular updates, photos, and honest communication while you’re away, so you have peace of mind knowing your pet is in caring hands.

About: Hi! My name is Alyssa and I have plenty of experience when it comes to pets! At home in Richmond I have 3 dogs 4 cats , a chameleon and a fish! Looking forward to helping out and spending time with some of y'all's pets!! I currently take online classes through jmu so my availability is pretty open! Weekends work best as I work a few hrs throughout the week but am never gone for more than 3 hrs at a time! My apartment complex is safe and also has a dog park! I live with one other roommate so there is plenty of space and also not too many people around for more shy animals!

About: I love animals and have volunteered at Middleburg Humane Shelter and fostered for them for the past 5 years. My favorite types of dogs are larger working dogs, but the smaller pups require a more delicate skill set that I'm thrilled to provide. I have experience with dog training and am able to be as strict or lax with your pets as you'd prefer. I'm around the Bethesda/Tysons Corner area and would be so happy to help you out with your travels! I work nights from around 6pm to 11pm, and would be unable to let your pets out during that time, but other than that am available. I have two cats and take care of my sister's German Shepherd mix and several horses. My sister and I do some agility work with the pup, and I love to take my cats on day trips with me- they both walk on a leash! I'm happy to send you all the pictures in the world of your animals while I'm with them, report to you the exact mileage of walks, and love to snuggle in bed with them if I'm house-sitting. I don't mind if you have cameras in your house to watch your pets; I just appreciate if they're in areas such as the living room or where your dog is most frequently.

“Sean is a great communicator, courteous and time-conscious, and our anxious pup warmed up to him very quickly. We look forward to him taking care of her when we travel next.”

She took great care of her, playing with her and dealing with all of the fun that comes with a 140 pound dog that is in heat. While our dog frequently gets anxious in new situations, Cameron gave her extra belly rubs and spent a lot of time with her around her schedule. Our pup was completely chill when we got home! Cameron left our house cleaner than when she got there! Highly recommend!”
