About: What sets me apart is my unique blend of experience with both senior dogs and playful puppies. I understand the special care seniors need for comfort and health, while also providing the energetic training and socialization that puppies thrive on. Friends and family have trusted me to watch their fur children for years. My passion for dogs ensures that each furry friend receives personalized attention and love tailored to their age and needs. I currently am not working and caring for my toddler. I have more than enough time to fit in caring for your precious furry friend. I love all animals and know how important a routine is. I am happy to help in any way I can. In my home, we have a senior dog, senior cat and a younger cat. They are such joys and fill our hearts with so much love. My senior dog is currently on medication administered daily, so I understand the importance of making sure timely medications occur. The cats share a litter box which is cleaned daily as well as shared food. I take my dog for a walk everyday for at least an hour.
“Emily was amazing and did a great job taking care of my two senior dogs while I was out of town! It brought me such peace of mind to know they were in good hands while I was away!”

“Emily and Matthew were amazing with my pups! Sent detailed report cards after every drop in so I knew exactly what was going on. I will definitely be using them for all my dog sitting needs! Thank you guys so much!!”

“This was our first time using Rover.com and I highly recommend this service to care for your pets. Nina was very attentive to my pets and sent pictures and communicated everyday! About: I’ve cared for both dogs and cats my entire life, building hands-on experience with pets at every stage—from energetic 6-month-old puppies and kittens to senior companions up to 17 years old. This range has taught me how to adjust my care to meet each pet’s unique needs, whether that means playtime and structure for younger pets or patience, gentleness, and routine for older ones. I’ve worked with a wide variety of breeds, from small Morkies to large German Shepherds, and I’m comfortable handling different sizes, temperaments, and energy levels. Whether a pet is highly active, a little shy, or just loves to relax, I take the time to understand their personality and help them feel safe, comfortable, and cared for. My goal is always to provide dependable, attentive care so your pet feels at ease and well-loved while you’re away. I work a 9-5, along with side gigs but have flexibility with the side gigs to work around an existing schedule. I am up before 7AM every day and have reliable transportation, making me a great candidate for early morning/ late night routines, as well as overnight stays with your beloved pet. I care for every pet as if it's my own while ensuring to fulfill your wishes as the pet owner. Dog or cat, your pet will feel genuinely loved, cared for, and as comfortable as possible without you being there.
About: I'm a Nashville-based therapist and doctoral student who started walking dogs because I wanted work that keeps me outside and around animals. I walk one dog at a time, never in groups, so your pet gets my full attention. I send photos and a quick update after every visit, and I'm consistent about showing up on time, every time. I'm Red Cross Pet First Aid certified, bonded, and insured. I genuinely love this work, and I think that shows in how I do it. My primary pet care days are Mondays and Tuesdays (full days, 8 AM to 5 PM) and Wednesday and Thursday mornings before noon. I'm also available for a couple of visits on Sundays. This works around my clinical practice schedule, which runs Wednesday through Saturday. I try to keep my client list small and my service area tight (Nippers Corner, Crieve Hall, Brentwood, Lenox Village, and nearby neighborhoods), so I can be reliable and on time without rushing between appointments. All of my walks and visits happen at your home and in your neighborhood. I learn your dog's usual routes, their comfort level with other dogs and people, and any environmental things to watch for. I carry a pet first aid kit on every walk and I'm Red Cross certified to use it. I treat your home with respect, lock up when I leave, and send you a message when the visit is done so you're never wondering. I don't take on more clients than I can serve well, which means I'm never distracted or cutting corners.

“BOOK MELISSA. She is the BEST sitter I’ve ever used. Very reliable even with last minute requests. She provided so many photos and loved on my two crazy fur babies more than I think I could have! 1 million percent worth every dollar and more. I’ve found my permanent pet sitter in Nashville and will use her every single time. And so should you 💁🏼♀️”

About: He’s not a bad dog. He’s just a little ruff around the edges. I believe dogs are a man’s bestfriend. Dogs are so loyal to us humans. They know when we are happy, sad, mad and they know how to comfort us while we are dealing with these emotions. We really don’t deserve dogs. Do you have a dog(s) that you love, but sometimes get too busy? I can help! I really love dogs and my friends and family trust me to watch their dogs and house sit a lot when they’re out of town. I have also watched boxers, cocker spaniels, terriers, beagle, pugs, Bull dogs, Great Pyrenees, and frenchies. I’m experienced and trustworthy and dependable. I can FaceTime if you’re out of town and send pictures, set alarms, bring your mail in. Just let me know! My schedule is pretty flexible for house sitting. My off days may vary depending on my day time job for walking services. Let me know if you have any questions! I live in townhomes that unfortunately don’t allow pets. I can always do drop in visits throughout the day or night when needed. Just let me know.
Edmondson-Cloverland pet parents share their Rover experiences
Nina has been a consistent and reliable cat sitter for my two cats for a few months now. She noticed one of my cats was having UTI symptoms and made sure to let us know - we took him to the vet and everything was fine - but without Nina’s careful attention to my cats this UTI may not have been caught as early. We are very thankful for a kind, caring, and attentive cat sitter like Nina and will continue to book her!

They were soooo incredibly helpful taking care of our dogs! Emily was flexible when the circumstances changed and I had no doubt that our cats were well take care of. I loved how many pics they sent as well!! I would absolutely trust Emily to take care of my zoo again!

Christina is awesome. She watched our sweet puppy moose for a week. She’s loving and playful and consistent and trustworthy. She has a great attitude and is just so professional !! She has a passion for animals and is so easy to work with… Would absolutely use her again.

So thankful to have found Jill to take care of my fur babies. I always hate leaving them but knew they were being well taken care of. She showed up for the meet and greet with pen and paper in hand for notes. While we were gone she communicated at each visit with pictures and questions if she had any. Will definitely be using her again in the future!

Olivia was great doing drop-in’s for our cats! She did a FaceTime with me before since we lived further away and sent text updates and took some cute cat photos. She also grabbed our package that was left outside, without being asked. Overall was reliable and easy to work with!
