About: I was a veterinary technician for almost 13 years. I worked with large and small animals. I also groomed animals for 4 years. I owned and ran my grooming business out of my home in St. Helena. I am a CSR at a vet hospital in Fairfax. I need to be home to care for my mother who is having health struggles so looking for more work closer to home. I am caring for my mother at home. I have lots of free time to fit in my schedule for walks, visiting homes and checking on all kinds of pets. I am open to exotics also. I have a fenced yard and 3 friendly cats. We have room for your doggy crates, beds, and toys if need be. I am also willing to come by houses and visit. I will not do over night stays but doggies are welcome to stay overnight here at my home.

Birgit has a great set up with a fenced yard in a quiet, wooded area. She spends a lot of quality time with the dog she is watching and took Juneau on outings with her for work and around town. Birgit even went the extra mile to drop off sunglasses I forgot, sent updates each day and dropped Juneua off at the end of her stay. Junuea is not an easy dog given her reactivity to other animals but Birgit was a pro and I'd trust her with Juneau again if she'd have us :)”
