I studied Public Art, in Bauhaus University, Weimar. I did arrive in Berlin a few years ago as a migrant. What a journey by now! I had so many cats and shared my entire childhood with stray dogs in Istanbul. As you know our lives in Istanbul co-exists with other street animals. So we took care of them a lot. I didn't get training professionally but more from the heart and common sense for the animals (therefore for all the other living creatures of the world). I'm pretty sure that your four-legged companion will get along pretty softly with me! I take care of them like I take care of my eyes, basically =) Oh btw, I spent the first 3-4 months of COVID19 lockdown in Holland with two cats, one dog and a parrot! Just saying =) I have attended in an vegan/animal sanctuary nearby to Potsdam last year for couple of months, was such a bless... Plus nowadays I'm working on a new dog-related illustration book project called ''BERLIN DOGS SURROUNDING ME'' and I'm very willing to spend time with the dogs! My first illustration book project was called ''I AM SORRY, I AM A DOG'' and I tried to illustrate the stray dogs of Istanbul who were captured/deported/unfortunately killed in the Oxia Island in 1910. “I got to know Burak in an animal shelter, where he cared with love about the dogs, that were rescued from eastern europe. That wasn’t easy in the beginning, but he managed to make them his friends. He’s a patient and caring person, but knows what he wants, exactly the qualities you need if you have a dog around.
