About: I’ve been an animal lover my entire life and no one should ever have to worry about quality pet care while away. Call on me. I am plenty capable of being where I’m needed, at any time of day. Don’t feel like you don’t have options. I’m one call away. I am a responsible, respectful, private & compassionate person. I’m within the Massena area and willing to drive if needed. Just give me a call or text.

About: Hey there! My name is Ashley and I am a huge animal lover. I’ve had dogs and other animals (cats, guniea pigs, hamsters, reptiles, bunnies) my entire life, and even have worked in the dog daycare industry as well as volunteered in the dog rescue world. I have worked with many local dog rescues including fostering and some behavioural work, as well as reference checks. I have also been an adoption coordinator and held fundraisers for rescues in the GTA. I have worked for over three years in different daycare and boarding environments and have decided that I like the personal in-home touch better than a kennel. Having a dog feel at home while their owners are away is super important to me, it’s what I would want for my dogs if I were away! I cater to your style, dogs are allowed on furniture and in bed if that’s what they’re used to. However if you don’t want your pets on furniture; I am also happy to keep up any boundaries you maintain in your regular routine if that’s applicable to you. I have experience in many different styles of dog training and we can work together to make sure that your dog is in a routine that they would be in while you were home! I work 5 minutes from home and often take an hour lunch break to come home and walk the dogs. For safety, no dogs (that are not from the same family and allowed to stay together) will be kept together unsupervised. A segregated spot in the house will be made for my own dogs and your dog(s) so they can have their own space if I am at work. I currently work out of the house, but I am off every other weekend. My husband, Mike, is off every Wednesday and Weekend. Your pet will join our routine. I have two friendly dogs of my own to provide company. We are happy to continue your at home routines, whether that includes crating your dog or not. Our yard is not fenced, we use longlines and supervision when dogs are outside.

About: I have lived with animals my entire life! Currently I have a dog and a cat. My dog is a 2.5 year old beagle and my cat is about 5 years old and he's a grey long haired cat. They both get along great (at times) and I love having them in my life. I have had experience with administering medications to dogs and cats, administering insulin to dogs, bottle feeding puppies, taking care of litters of puppies, teaching commands, mentally stimulating both dogs and cats and making sure they are physically stimulated as well. I do it daily with my own but I am a full time student at the moment. I have classes both online and in person but I only go in person a few days a week so I have lots of time to take care of your animals. I do not offer in home but when I am in a clients home I treat it and their animals as if they are my own. I go and do the job that I am there to do without causing any problems.

About: I am an experienced dog handler that loves dogs and animals. I offer a SMOKE FREE home and environment. I am premium dog care service provider and charge above average rates to ensure that you and your pet receive the gold standard of care and service. Good animal care providers aren't cheap and cheap animal care providers aren't good. If you need a trustworthy, and reliable sitter instead of the cheapest sitter available...congratulations, you're reading the correct profile. Dogs are kept safe and will greatly enjoy their stay with me. I have a big truck so I can transport dogs/pets easily to take them out for lots of runs, walks, playing fetch etc. I’m experienced with aggressive dogs, law enforcement service dogs, dog training, dog walking, and safety management. I had a Siberian Husky named Bosko, until he passed away in April 2024. He was almost 11 years old, full of energy, yet very, very well behaved, trained and mannered. Bosko was not aggressive, but he did growl and tried to act tough around other male dogs. He was subjected to dozens of dogs in our house over the years of dog sitting on Rover and he never hurt, nor attacked another dog. If you look through our profile, you will see Bosko pictured with dozens of other dogs in our home. Bosko loved to play with smaller dogs and was very kind and gentle with them, even if they knipped at him, or bit at him. Your dog will have a great time with all of us here and we look forward to meeting you and your dog. I work from home and enjoy the company and responsibility of caring for other animals. I am able to provide consistent round the clock supervision and attention to my clients' animals. All dogs will be walked one or two times daily and have space to roam, run, play and enjoy themselves in a safe, supervised environment.

About: I have grown up in a household full of dogs my whole life always averaging around four dogs. Right now I have four dogs back home in Minnesota. We own two Weimaraner's, one American Bulldog Pitbull mix, and a Beagle Yellow lab mix. They are all energetic and outgoing and so am I but they like to keep me on my toes. I am capable of working with dogs of all ages and sizes. Currently live in beacon hill which is close to the common where your dog can have the time of its life playing fetch and meeting new dogs. Best time is from 11am-3pm daily, but willing to be flexible! Just finished school and have a very open schedule, excited to get to spend time with your dog! In Beacon Hill there are multiple dog park that have fences where your dog can roam around off-leash. Living near the common is great and a fun area to walk your dog to help them socialize and get great exercise. I live in an apartment that does not have any other pets.

About: I’m a certified dog trainer. Member National Association Dog Obedience Instructors, 6 year alumni with Susan Garrett’s Recallers, 9 years as trainer for large box store. I’ve dog sat for the past decade and have customers that come from over 3 hours away. I’ve previously bred dogs and fostered for over 30 years. I’m self employed as a trainer but also have always included dog sitting for clients who didn’t want to kennel their dogs. I do go to clients homes for training or dog walking but I am not gone for long hours so dog/cat sitting works great. I can schedule my days so both boarded dogs and training clients get all the attention needed. I have a lovely quiet farm that is the perfect place for animal care. Technically I do not have a fenced yard by I do have large indoor arena that dogs can safely play off leash in a completely secure area. I started pet sitting because I had clients that had dogs that would not have been ok in a commercial kennel. I am a perfect situation for anxious or elderly dogs. Also a great situation for puppies who may not thrive in a kennel. My own dogs are great and use to dogs coming and going. I moved to Brockville from Durham region and although many of my regular dogs still come and stay with me I do have availability and would love some regular dogs from this area.

“It was a pleasure to have Kindra walk Bosun! Bosun was very happy to see Kindra each day and Kindra was very professional, responsive, and reliable, we are beyond grateful!”

About: I love being around animals and spending time with them. I find myself walking in the outdoors a lot which I would love to do with dogs! I give long pets and spoil them with treats (unless they are on a diet). I am excellent about giving medication if they need it as well. One of my family dogs currently has weak joints and needs to take a supplement every day. If required, I can also groom them, brushing, baths, nail clippings. I will take care of your furry friend the best that I can!! I work a full time job and do this on the side! I enjoy taking care of other pets to fix release the urge of finding my own pupper. I have a cat who is very friendly and calm currently. I do live in an apartment that is why I like to stick to walks and home visits if possible, but we can discuss boarding if needed!

About: My family have had rescue dogs since before I was born and I was raised around a variety of dogs of different temperaments and energy levels. I am comfortable with timid and reactive dogs and have trained my dogs to perform a variety of tricks. I work remotely and generally open availability, though I am not available on the weekends. I am ideal if your dog needs mid-day walks or company while you are away at work. I live with both cats and dogs and don't offer in-house pet sitting but am comfortable traveling to you to walk or watch your pet.

“What dog wouldn’t want to be in Ashley’s care? Ashley has a “sixth” sense when it comes to dogs and what they need. It’s like she can read their minds (in reality I think she reads their body language!). Ashley has many years of experience and has dealt with some of the most difficult dogs. They all love her! “We have had Jason watch our dog Margo about 4 times now and he is fantastic with her. You can tell that he loves the animals he cares for. I highly recommend Jason for dogcare!”

Sydney Tietz T.
“I’ve been close friends and roomates with Syd for 4 years now, and I don’t know anyone who’s a more perfect loving and responsible pet caregiver than her. She loves dogs more than anything and always talks about her own and the things she’s done with them and continues to do for them. She even makes sure to FaceTime them everyday haha. Simply put, she’s an absolutely amazing dog mom herself. Everytime we past by dogs on the street too where we live in Beacon Hill she always loves to say hi and pet them too and mentions how much she really wants to walk dogs and meet new ones. She’s an extremely responsible person, she’s proved this in all situations whether it was at school, around the house, at sports, at work, in her friendships, and with her family. I could not recommend anyone better than her to be the most amazing pet caregiver.”
