Person using one dog profile as two?

I recently got a request from someone asking to walk their two German Shepherds a couple times a week. However, they were both under one dog profile. This made it so rover was only charging them for one dog. I'm aware I could change the price under modify booking but was just wondering if anyone has come across something like this before?

You will find numerous postings here about this problem. Sometimes the owner isn't aware of how to add another pet; sometimes, they do it to cheat you.

However, you need to tell them that they need to fill out profiles for all their dogs. it is required by Rover and is for their protection. If they cannot figure out how to add the pet, then try to help or direct them to Rover Customer Support for assistance. You should not be walking any dogs not specifically listed in their profile.

Adjusting the booking is NOT the answer.

P.S. I realize you are new to Rover and they encourage you to start your rates out low, but your house sitting rate is so incredibly low. Are you aware that each night of house sitting provides 24 hours of care? If you plan to charge a house sitting owner a la carte for walks or daycare, then you need to explain in your profile.

Okay, I couldn't find any posts but that may how I worded my search. I figured the modifying wouldn't be the answer but I just wanted to see if this was common or not and how other people handled it.

Yes, I am aware, I've been house sitting for a bit (beforeI started with Rover) and that has been my rate for a while. I started that on here until I got a feel for how Rover worked and what prices I felt comfortable charging. Thank you though I appreciate looking out for that :)
