I submitted my background check on 04/02 but have not heard anything back yet or if it was approved. I keep checking the Rover site on my profile but it still says I've submitted it and Ill be notified when it goes through.
I read that it can take 10 days.
I applied at midnight last night and had my approval email at noon today.

Mine took almost a month and I had to contact Rover Support to get them to follow up. Once I contacted Support it took less then 2 days so I am not sure what happened. I would suggest sending Rover Support a note if its been a long period of time. Worked for me.
