Does anyone else have families who want to pay for 1 pet but have more than One?How do you handle this?

I have many families who want me to drop in on their pets but only want to pay for one when they have several. Please tell me how to handle this. I dont mind in some cases but its getting old.

Always an awkward conversation. I politely tell them that all pets have to be listed on the booking or the Rover insurance is voided.

Like Jennifer said, the rover insurance is usually my go-to explanation and I also offer discounted rates for subsequent pets in the same family (emphasizing that having two or three pets doesn't double or triple their cost). At any other commercial dog daycare facility, they typically charge per animal, so this shouldn't be unexpected.
