How do I cancel a booking request?

How do I or the customer cancel a booking request? The customer no longer needs my services, but I have not confirmed the booking. They messaged me after sending a request my services are no longer needed. Do I need to book it and then the customer cancel? I just want to make sure my account is not negativaly affected since it is the customer who stated they no longer want my services.

I believe you can just archive it since you didn't book it. It will ask for your reasoning and then you should be just fine.
