Client booked before the meet and greet, what should I do?
A new client decided to book before our meet and greet, and in Rover I see this message "Awaiting your response. Request expires in: 2 days, 14 hours." Our online meet and greet is in three days. I want to wait to approve the booking until after the meet and greet. Do you all agree that that's the right thing to do? Thanks.
