I'm just starting out. At what point do I book a stay?

We have a meet and greet set up, but I want to block those times for the client asap. Should I "book" now or after the meet and greet?

What if the owner (who is overwhelmed with moving and seems a bit scattered) WANTS my services but still hasn't replied to my request to book (after the meet and greet and has agreed for me to drop in)? Do I text him to remind him to click "book it", or does Rover remind him?

It is always considered a best practice to book AFTER the Meet & Greet for so many practical reasons. You have total control over your calendar, so you determine if you want to save the dates for them.
