There is no explicit "cancellation fee" that you can impose. According to your profile, you have elected a Moderate cancellation policy, which is the default option. Any remuneration would hinge on when the customer canceled.

  • A full refund is available if a client cancels by 12:00pm the day before the stay begins. 12:00pm is determined by the sitter's time zone.

  • If canceled later than 12:00pm the day before the stay begins, a 50% refund is available for the first seven calendar days of the service, and a 100% refund is available for any additional days.

Only if they cancel less than a week according to the sitter's time zone, less than 7 days. If they cancel before a week before so more than 7 days full refund.
