What's your response to a client who makes an overnight request same day he made their profile with little to zero profile info? Do you archive or ask for more info?

Just received a request from a client to have a two-night stay for their dog. He signed up today and has zero to minimal info on his profile. Just the dog pic and basic info. Nothing more. How do you guys approach a response, or follow up knowing meet & greet is same-day service? Thanks!
