Pain Points ... ?
I have been a Rover sitter for over 3 years now and really like the service. There are a few pain points though that I was wondering if anyone else is experiencing?
I would love to have a text message reminding me of drop-off and pick-up times! Would anyone else find this helpful?
It would also be so helpful to be able to see previous stay notes at the top of any repeat client's booking request. As it is now, I don't find Rover's sitter review notes to be helpful at all. Instead, I am keeping my own spreadsheet offline that tracks dogs, owners, personality notes, behavior notes, and any credits/discounts I have offered them. How is everyone else handling this?
On the booking request, it would also be nice to see a count of bookings, date of the last booking, a count of actual stays (to track those clients that cancel often) and the reviews the client has left.
One more thing, I get duplicate text messages on every Rover notification (except weekend open reminders). Does anyone know how I can stop duplicates?
