No score on house sitting?

Hi, Rover Fam --

We have been on the site about a month now and we're completing our 4th job this weekend. It's been great! Question: We have a drop in score and a boarding score, but no house sitting score despite that fact that one of our previous jobs was in fact a house sitting service. Why might this happen? The client left a 5 star review, but my personal score still says N/A.

Any help appreciated!
