Is there a way to undo the start of a booking?

I had two clients scheduled today, one of which is a regular client and they are always at the top of my list. The other was a new client and when I went to start my regular clients visit I started the new clients visit by accident. Their visit wasn't scheduled till later this evening. I can't seem to find an undo start option. If there isn't and I have to schedule a new booking, am I able to use the adjust cost to make it free? I'm going to call rover and get it sorted out, but for future reference I'm wondering if you can do free visits by using the cost adjustment option.

Curious about this too! I sometimes have 2 drop-ins per day for a puppy. I'll finish and submit the Rover card for drop-in 1 as I'm walking out the door, but as I get into my car the app will remind me "You're near CLIENT'S house! Press yes to start your visit". I'm always worried that I'll accidentally start the second visit as I'm leaving the first! It would be great if Rover would at least allow us to pause a visit or something.

Once you start an event in the App there isn't an option to undo or pause it. What I would have done is start and complete the correct event and let the incorrect event run. When you are done with the correct event stop both of them. Sure the client will get a bad report card, but you can just text them and tell them you screwed up.

Then when you actually perform the correct event, send the client pictures, and a text. And you cannot booking at zero dollars, but can for one dollar

I'm late answering these, but thank you both for the help! I did end up contacting rover and they also said you cannot undo a start...I work for a pet sitting company and they use the time to pet app, and you're allowed to undo a visit start if needed. Rover should consider adding that option imo!

I agree!^^^ Just had the same issue ๐Ÿ˜
