“This was our first time using rover and leaving our 3 year old norwich terrier and 2 year old miniature schnauzer with anyone other than family members. After meeting Jeff and realizing his genuine love for dogs, we felt assured that he would be perfect for them. The care that Jeff provided for our two spoiled dogs was superb. He provided pictures along with detail updates that instantly assured us that he quickly had them feeling very comfortable in his home and it put our minds at ease. “This was our first time working with Johanna, but we will certainly ask for her help in the future.  Johanna responded to our boarding request quickly and ensured she had care instructions for our pup, Paloma.  I appreciated that before confirming the stay we scheduled a meet and greet to make sure that Paloma and Johanna's dog, Scruffy, got along - they did and made quite the pair sleeping together during Paloma's stay.  Johanna took Paloma and Scruffy on regular walks, offered cuddles aplenty, and sent regular picture and video updates.  All told, it's clear our dog took a liking to Johanna, which gives us a peace of mind you really can't quantify.  Thank you!”

“My pup Lizzie can have pretty bad separation anxiety and I was pretty nervous about finding someone to watch her while I was travelling internationally for a week, but Sasha was absolutely amazing. When we did the meet and greet, it was very clear that Sasha was very knowledgeable about dog behavior had a good setup at her house for the dogs. Lizzie settled in quickly and had a great time, with very little anxiety. Sasha kept me consistently updated and sent lots of pictures and videos which was incredibly reassuring and allowed me to enjoy my trip better. I would absolutely recommend Sasha and Jose to others and she will definitely be my go-to sitter whenever I have to travel.”
