Balancing a love for animals I'm eager to put my mornings and afternoons to good use by caring for and connecting with animals of all kinds. I work at a vet clinic so I'm on the lookout for opportunities to pet-sit or simply spend time with animals in need of care and attention. I put all animals health first so when I'm caring for pets, whether it's at my place or someone else's, I make sure to tailor my approach to the specific service I'm providing. If I'm pet-sitting, I stick to the pet's usual routine, including feeding times, walks, and playtime. I always make sure they have fresh water and a clean, comfy space to relax. If I'm just popping in for a quick visit, I focus on the essentials: food, water, and a bit of attention to keep them happy. For walks, I always keep them on a leash and pay close attention to their behavior to ensure they're safe and comfortable. I always make sure they are comfortable in their environment. And of course, lots of love and cuddles are always on the menu!

About: I'm accustomed to feeding, walking, and giving oodles of love to cats and dogs after constantly growing up around animals. I've taken care of big and small dogs, including a range from chihuahuas to the biggest German shepherds I've ever seen. I am used to and comfortable with feeding/watering, walking, playing, cuddling, letting out, and bathing dogs and cats. I am more than happy to welcome your pet with open arms and tons of love! (Updated 9/12/24 6:00pm) Currently, I am available for house-sitting, check-ins and walks from 10am (EST) to 9pm, open all week aside from Friday — I am not available that day as of now. For house-sitting, I can arrive earlier or leave later if requested. I'm flexible and happy to communicate any schedule conflicts, special conditions, or different times. I like to introduce myself to an animal in an open, "hey, I'm here to be nice and friendly, maybe ask you to poop" kind of way, letting them sniff, touch, or watch me for as long as they need to in order to feel comfortable with me. I talk to pets in a calm, soft voice while I care for them, and follow their body language and any meows or barks that mean they may need something. I'm happy to follow any schedule they're accustomed to as well.

About: I’ve taken care of dogs of every kind since I was in middle school. Neighbors, friends, and family have relied on me to walk, feed, and stay overnight with their pets. I have worked with many different breeds and have experience with puppies as well. I will work with whatever is most comfortable for you and your pet! I am willing to go on walks and play fetch with your dog while you are away. I am currently working a full-time job on the weekdays, but can come check-in on your fur babies during my lunch and during the evenings once I am off. I also am available on the weekends! Since we live in the city, my two fur babies are mostly inside, until we go for walks. When we go for walks, I make sure that all harnesses and leashes are latched and secured properly. I can easily crate your dog upon request.

About: I’ve had pets my entire life, mostly small animals. I love them all and currently own pets now and especially love adopting them. I can provide consistent care for your pet. I’m a stay at home mom and my kids are in school so I have a lot of time on my hands during the day but I wouldn’t object to some evenings if needed. I will feed, water, and walk your dog and clean up after them. If they need any special care I can accommodate them as needed.

I have found most pets prefer to be in their own homes and around familiar sights and sounds to ease their transition from their primary caregiver to me. About: I’ve had many pets of my own so I know how it is trying to find someone to trust to look after them. I’ve also taken care of many of my family members pets. I have the most experience with cats and small animals since I’ve had my fair share of those types of pets. I’m currently going to school to become a veterinarian. I love working with animals and it is my dream to one day work full time with them. I’m currently working part-time so I’m available weekdays after 2pm and occasionally on weekends. I’m very flexible with my schedule so I can be available anytime you need! I have a walking trail right by my house that I love to run on. I would love to take a dog for a run with me. I also have a front yard where they can potty and I have a screened-in back porch to just enjoy the breeze. I do have caged animals, but that shouldn’t be an issue because they will be in separate rooms.

I had senior dogs I have had to take care of that was my own, puppies, and I have cared for family friends dogs and cats on multiple occasions:) I will be going to school in the fall, so my schedule will be different then. About: I’ve been dog sitting on and off for about 4 years. It brings me joy to playing with them and seeing their tags wag with excitement! I am currently working full time at a walgreens in my town as while taking online classes to get my certification in vet assistant. I plan on working part time instead to do more of what i love which is taking care of animals. About: I currently own 5 dogs, 1 of which is a deaf puppy. I have owned dogs myself since 1990. My furry friends are my family. I have most afternoons available for pet care. I work from 8-12 mon, tue, fri. And 3-7 every other wed. There are days I'm available at other times. My animals are very important to us. They are our pack. All dogs are supervised at all times when they are not crated, and when they are crated they are supervised by a camera I have connected to an app in my phone! Things are very structured in a sense of safety, behavior, and peace within all of the dogs during their stay. That’s where being a dog trainer comes in handy and the dogs can have fun while being in a calm state of mind! 😉🧘‍♀️💗🐾 I have three large dog yards- two are fenced in with 6ft privacy fence, and one yard is 6ft chain link fence. They can go potty, play, sun bathe, play in the dog pool, or just enjoy the fresh air. This is also nice if your dog isn’t aloud around other dogs- they will have their own large area to do their business and enjoy their time outdoors in a safe private area too!! 😌❤️ Cats love it here too! 🐈🐈‍⬛ your furry baby will get to enjoy toys, lick mats, cat castles and scratching boards. Even some cat nip if they’d like 🤪😸, and plenty of cuddles to “make biscuits”. 🥰🐾 If your dog can’t be around other dogs or cats, that is no problem here. I have plenty of room to give dogs and cats their own private space to still keep them at peace and accommodate to their needs during their stay! I like to match personalities within dogs so they can make great friends while they are on their vacation too!! I have had experience with over 15 different types of breeds and am still looking to expand my horizons. I have done basic training with pets, such as things like sit, shake, lay down, stay, roll over, leash training etc… I have also done crate training successfully with my own dogs as well as others. I try to stay active myself and have no problems with running around with your pup and playing with them when they need to exert some of their energy. I can do baths, as well as brushing depending on their temperament. I am always open to learning what’s best for your dog and how they need to be taken care of, whether they are young or old! I am available everyday except for Sunday 6:00am-5:00pm. I work part time but my schedule is pretty flexible so I can always work to accommodate you and your pets needs! I have always treated pets with respect and kindness, just like I would any other living being. I will always do my best to keep your pets needs and be sure that they are well taken care of. I am patient with them and would never do anything to harm them.
