About: I have 6+ years of experience house-sitting and taking care of people's pets of all ages and breeds. Taking care of an animal and making them feel loved are two different things... I make sure to do both. I work remotely as a virtual assistant and content creator so my schedule is very flexible. I have two cats of my own that I get to spend all my time with. Whether it's just a drop-in or a walk, I provide you, your animal, and your home with respect, trust, and transparency. I can follow your lead and instructions while providing love to your furry friends.

About: Dogs have been a part of my life for as long as I can remember! I’ve cared for dogs of all ages and breeds, and in 2023, I completed a puppy training course to stay up to date on the best training methods. I currently have a mini Goldendoodle, Nova, who loves making new dog friends, going on walks, playing ball, and soaking up all the cuddles he can get. While I’m new to Rover, I have plenty of hands-on experience dog sitting for family and friends. Whether your pup loves to play or just needs a cozy lap to curl up in, I’d love to give them the care and attention they deserve while you’re away! I’m available to walk or hang out with dogs most of the day. I am a stay at home mom of a mini golden doodle and baby. I only leave for errands or out for walks/hikes, but then the dogs come. There’s plenty of time to add another furry friend to the mix. I can let out for potty breaks. Take for morning, midday, evening walks/hikes/runs or just hangout for cuddles. I have a fenced yard and a little golden doodle to keep your pet company. I enjoy non busy area walks, and if I need to leave it’s easy to crate your pup if preferred.

“Emily is just the best! She is reliable, easy to work with, and most importantly my dog loves her and I have peace of mind knowing he is in great hands!”

About: I’ve had pets my whole life including Great Danes, cats, bunnies, gerbils, fish and have been dog and cat sitting professionally for three years. Recently I lived and worked on a thousand-acre farm caring for cows, horses and goats, doing everything from feeding, cleaning and even bottle feeding. Bottom line is I love pets, and would love to meet your four-legged family members!! I currently work from my computer so I am very mobile and happy to be flexible with scheduling, etc. I love spending time with all animals so I make it a priority to fit this kind of work in. *If you have multiple pets and my site is quoting a large number for your sitting request, please know I am happy to look closer and find a good price for all! If I am giving care at your home my number one priority is your animal’s safety. That’s best implemented by focusing on your (the owner’s) rules and daily routines. Once I establish that, I focus on creating a special bond with your pet—it’s like they’re getting a new friend. If I’m boarding at my house my number one priority is to create a new and special routine that reflects their home routine but with new special elements. I have a very large yard and a safe neighborhood to take pets on walks, and as long as they are happy sharing space with a cat we have a really good time!

About: I have a wide range of experience caring for pets and homes- from off grid homes with dogs and goats to cats in the middle of the city. I am a professionally trained intuitive animal communicator, and I love bonding and supporting your furry loved ones! I work for myself, so my schedule can be pretty flexible! I can usually work with you depending on what you need, and I’m especially available in the late mornings and weekends. I treat any home I am in like a sanctuary, and I’m fabulous at tending to your pets needs and making them feel at ease with me.

About: I have grown up with dogs and have always had a deep love for taking care of them. I was born into a family of two dog-loving parents and a yellow lab named Sammy. Since then, we've had a male Lhaso Apso named Tony, a female Chow Chow mix named Ana, and currently a male Wheaten Terrier named Sonny. There has literally never been a moment in my life where I did not own a dog, and since 2010 I have also volunteered at the New Rochelle Humane Society (walking, feeding, and socializing the cats and dogs). I truly know the ins and outs of dog care like the back of my hand -- its more than a job for me, its my lifestyle, and I hope that I can share my lifestyle with your and your furry friend! As of 2024 I currently live in Santa Fe, NM and am offering my dog walking and drop in services in the area, and I am also offering petsitting services in both Santa Fe and Taos. UPDATE 12/26/24 I will be in New York City for the holidays and am offering walking and sitting services here until January 16 2025 I currently work for the Southwest Conservation Corps and my work schedule typically allows me one week off every other week where I am available for pet care. I always make sure the client's home is as clean as it was when I first arrived, and that all doors are locked with animals inside. I pay a lot of attention to the physical and mental state of animals, and if I see they're overheating or in any state of distress I will do everything in my power to make them feel better.

About: My energy will pass the unspoken dog meeting test - I guarantee it. 🤓 As a responsible and detail-oriented pet sitter, I take pride in ensuring your pets are well cared for and happy. With a fun and engaging approach, I love getting to know each pet’s unique personality, and you can count on me to give them the attention and care they deserve. I have experience with small puppies with little to no training and senior puppies who need a bit more focus. I am currently opening my schedule to allow for new clients. Besides a few periods of brief travel, I have an open calendar and am available for bookings. I AM available for weekend and night bookings at this time. My home is clean and refreshing. I provide space for pets to rest, play, and get exercise and fresh air. I aim to find a balance between play, dedicated attention, and relaxation whether in my home or yours. I am happy to consider any and all accommodations that you may need to feel secure and comfortable.

“Great first meet-and-greet with Caitlin! She is very friendly and is a very capable and loving dog-person, even with challenging dogs. We are looking forward to having her walk and stay with our dogs again soon.”

About: I'm an animal communicator and energy healer, so if your animals are in need of communicating anything to you I can relay that information. I've been around all types of animals my whole life and have always had a special way of communicating with them. I have a very calming energy that is very healing for the animals I care for. I’ve taken care of dogs and have been a pet sitter for over 20 years now. I'm a go to sitter for my friends, family, co-workers as well as their friends, family and co-workers. I’m very attentive to the animals needs and wants and can pick up on things intuitively that your pets are going through or experiencing. I treat every animal I care for as if they are my own and take the responsibility of caring for animals very seriously. I also will get down and play with them and interact with them on a soul to soul level. I understand that your pets are part of your family and I treat them as such. I often get told I take care of people’s animals better than they do. I have a deep love for animals and I always share that love with the animals I care for. I'm well-versed in administrating medication, dog walking and grooming. I had a job as a pet groomer, so if your animal needs a bath and brush during our time together- you can add that to our time together. Please note, I don't do nail trims or coat trims- only bath and brush. I also have a special skill set of working with breeds that are picky eaters and have digestive issues such as Shih Tzus. My schedule is flexible as I currently work remotely so I have time to spend with your pet and show them the attention they need. I’m also an introvert and empath so I don’t spend long hours away from the pets I care for. I’d rather be playing or hanging out with animals any day of the week. I'm available for overnight pet sits, check ins as well as dog walking. I take care of pets in client’s home with the utmost respect and care as possible. I take responsibility of the pet and home as if they were my own. If there are instructions left for the pet I will follow them to a ‘T.’ I also have the ability to intuitively pick up on the pets cues of being anxious, uncomfortable, happy, sad and any emotion in between. I'm very attentive on dog walks, always scanning the area for cars, other dogs, stray dogs, and people. Your dogs safety is my highest priority.

About: Hey everyone! I am Izzi! I am a remote personal assistant & because of this I have lots of flexible hours. Apart from loads of childcare experience & nannying for many families with pets ranging from dogs, cats, fish, hamsters, I also frequently house sit & pet sit in the area Philly suburb area! I am super easy going & very flexible, I love all animals & being outside in nature. I grew up with two HUGE amazing & cuddly Bernese mountain dogs. Marshall, who is still with my family, has a ton of health problems, so typically feed him special food, provide his medication & ear drops when my parents aren’t in town. They have a place in FL & the Bernese would just be too hot in that climate so can’t go down with them! I am extremely active and enjoy yoga, hiking, skiing and running! I joined Rover because I have ample free time & would love to spend it loving your furry friends! I typically have 1-2 remote meetings a day between 9:30-1pm ET. During these meetings though I can provide house sitting services. Before & after these meetings I have tons of free time. If you need super early pet care, late/overnight care, & even during the day I am mostly free! I grew up with 2 large berneses! One is still living with my parents, who split there time between PA/FL so I often take care of him. He has TONS of health issues. He gets special mix of wet and dry food w/ coconut oil each morning, daily allergy medication, & ear drops. I’ve had to administer different medications for him as well such as fever medicine. I typically roll this medication in some cheese & that’s how he gets it down! I am capable of any type of care for any animal such as feeding, walking, giving medication, taking to the vet, taking to the park etc. My roommate also has a Pitt mix & is in Vet school, so I occasionally feed & walk him for her when she is busy. He is very enthusiastic & strong so I can manage these types of dogs !

“Alison was absolutely wonderful! She went above and beyond for our dog Oliver who needed some minor medical attention when we were unavailable. I can’t thank her enough for helping us and taking car of our sweet Oliver.”

About: I am a lifelong lover, owner and caretaker of animals. I was raised on a ranch and was around horses, chickens, dogs, cats and more for the better part of my childhood and have owned dogs and cats ever since. While I currently do not have any pets, I have dog and cat sat for friends and family for years and understand the importance of having trustworthy, loving people take care of your fur babies! I am currently working from home for 10 hours a week and trying to get a service industry job for 3-5 days a week. While my schedule is not concrete, I will be available for drop ins, walks, and animal sitting of scheduled in advance. I have a large fenced in yard and live in a fairly remote area. I love comforting animals, playing with them, and letting them know how good of boys/girls they are and that they’re owners will be home soon.

“Had a long work day and staying in an Airbnb that’s a hard to reach location. Victoria was super flexible with everything and worked with me as I was on calls when she picked up and dropped off Harlow. He got his steps in (thanks to Fi tracker) and was exhausted for the rest of the day. Recommend!”

About: I have a love for all dogs big, small, young and old. For the past 2 years I have worked at a doggy daycare and boarding facility which included puppies, senior dogs, and dogs that require extra understanding. I have 2 dogs of my own and it has taught me that every single dog is different and truly understanding them isn’t something you learn in a book, you gain that knowledge by listening to them…and their humans of course! I am currently not working so I’ll have plenty of time to spend with your pups. Boarding, house sitting and walks can be done any day of the week. While taking care of a dog in their own home, I know it is their space and I respect that. If your pup is a little restless and wants to play or go for a long walk, 1 of my dogs still has the energy of a puppy and would love to join!

“We could not be happier with the quality and care that liz gave to our pups. Our older dog always get so stressed out when we leave him and he usually takes a few days to get back to normal. The environment and care that liz provided must have been stress free and fun. Our dogs weren't stressed when we picked them up and were actually excited to see Liz the next time we dropped them off. She has made our (and our dogs) lives easier. Now we don't stress about leaving town without them. Thanks you Liz!! We appreciate all you do.”

Katy was incredibly responsible and understanding, and I can’t recommend her enough.”
