About: I've always been a pet owner until this past year. My dog had cancer and passed away. I'm good with both cats and dogs, don't have any problems caring for any breed. I'm semi retired so I have time on my hands. I work m-f but just a few hours a day. Always off on the weekend. I prefer caring for your pet in your home, my lease doesn't allow me to petsit unfortunately. Your baby will be in good loving hands .
5. Kayla O.
“I'm delighted to share my experience with Kayla as an animal caregiver. From the moment I entrusted my beloved kitty Milo to her, I knew I had made the right choice. Kayla is an exceptional animal caregiver who goes above and beyond to ensure the well-being and happiness of her clients. Her deep love and passion for animals are evident in every interaction. What sets Kayla apart is her dedication to providing a safe and nurturing environment, whether it's daily walks, playtime, or simply cuddling on the couch. My cat meows with excitement every time he sees Kayla, a testament to the strong bond and trust they've built. Furthermore, Kaya is highly responsible and reliable. She consistently ensures that my Milo is well-fed, and stays active and engaged throughout the day. I have complete peace of mind knowing my cat is in her capable hands. Kayla also maintains excellent communication. She provides regular updates, photos, and videos, so I never feel far from my kitty, even when I'm away. It's a level of transparency and dedication that truly sets her apart. In summary, I couldn't be happier with the care and attention Kayla provides. She is a animal lover, and the professionalism and commitment to the well-being of pets is truly commendable. I wholeheartedly recommend Kayla to anyone seeking top-tier care for their furry family members.”

7. Lena A.
About: I have been actively pet sitting for the past two years, and have sat for various friends' pets in the past. I understand that having the "parents" away can be a stressful or confusing time for a pet. While I can never replace anyone, I do my part to ensure that the pets are as comfortable as possible while under my care. I am an artist/freelance designer and side gig virtuoso (that's a fancy way of saying I make my own schedule). I keep things flexible to adapt to different environments. I've been said to have a gentle, nurturing energy. I believe that animals are healers and that we get back the care that we give to them. I am deeply grateful that I get to have the freedom that this and my other gig/freelance work allows me. I hope that is reflected in my care and respect of the clients' pets and home.

“Wendy went above and beyond! One of our dogs hid and wouldn’t come out. She took extra time to help make sure he came out and went for a walk. Would highly recommend her”

11. Madigan C.
About: Hi I’m Madigan! I’m a second year here at Ohio University. Back home I helped take care of and walk my dogs daily. I have a chocolate lab, bernese, and miniature pinscher. I also have dog sitting/walking experience outside of my own dogs. I have no problem walking any particular breed or size of dog. I already go on walks daily might as well bring along a friend! I exercise daily so fitting dog walking into my schedule won’t be a problem. I have plenty of time before/after class and work to attend to your dog. For my own dogs, I walk them once a day and would feed/water them. For clients, I follow the specified instructions left by the employer.

18. Whitney A.
About: I've been around dogs since the day I was born. Now that I'm an adult, when my sister and I go to our parents house, we call it Dr. Dolitte's house, because there are always lots of dogs present. They honestly get treated better than the humans; they eat premium dog food, sleep on the furniture, and get the best treats. During the week I am a full-time special education teacher. Over the summer, I'm generally home full-time minus going to the gym or running occasional errands. Your dog is welcome on my furniture as well as in the bed with me at night if they'd like. I have a 1 year old Yorkie, Walter, that will be available to play with your pup too! I have a fenced in back yard with plenty of running room! I work full-time as a special education teacher. I am home all summer long. During the school year, I am able to come home during lunch as I live just a mile from the building I teach in. My husband and I have a large fenced in back yard. Your pup will be able to sleep in the bed with us and will be treated like one of our own!
19. Emily F.
“Emily has watched my dog on a few occasions. She is great with him. She stays engaged the whole time by playing, walking and petting him. He is always excited to see her and I know it's because she does so much with him while sitting. I would recommend her 100%!”
