About: I have been caring for animals my entire life. When I was 8 I started my own dog walking business to raise money for charity. More recently, I have been house and farm sitting for many people. I am comfortable taking care of cats, dogs, small pets, livestock, chickens, and whatever other pets you may have. I love animals, and I will make all of your kids feel loved while I'm there! I am currently a graduate student at William Woods University, getting my MBA. I just graduated with a degree in Equine Administration. I am working 20 hours a week as a graduate assistant. My schedule is very flexible, allowing me to stop by the pets regularly. I care for all animals as if they were my own. I ensure that all animals have the same routine that they would have with their owners. Not having their people home can be very hard for pets, so I like to do everything I can to keep them calm, happy, and loved until their humans come home.

My home has an amazing acre of fenced-in yard where pets can run free and play to their heart's content. Plus, I've even installed a DIY doggy door so they can come and go as they please. It's the perfect setup for them to feel right at home. Evenings are all about longer walks, cuddles, and winding down together before bed. On a weekly basis, I make sure to balance pet care with my personal schedule, so I'm always available for your pets, whether it's during the week or on weekends. My goal is to create a safe, loving space where pets feel like they're part of the family. For me, pet care isn't just a job—it's my passion! About: I am a veterinary student and have extensive experience caring for animals in many capacities. I am comfortable working with dogs of all sizes and cats. I have classes during the day most days, but will be able to either drop by in early morning or afternoon/evening! I am more thank happy to work with times as long as I have sufficient notice. I will follow any guideline you set for your animals in order to keep them safe. I will not give them anything unapproved, and I am familiar with signs of distress or illness in animals. This will help me to make sure your pet is doing well in my time watching them.

“I had Maia do drop-in visits for my two cats while I was on vacation this month. She was wonderful. She did an initial meet-n-greet and was very pleasant. While I was away, she completed each daily drop-in and sent me a meaningful update with several pictures. This helped ease my mind tremendously. My nearly feral cats (around strangers) were even eating treats out of her hand a couple or so days in and she sent pics of that. Very reassuring! Maia even put out bird seed daily for me so the wild birds I feed wouldn’t go without. Maia was as pleasant as they come. About: Hello! I have been taking care of animals for over 13 years. I grew up with two cats and two dogs, and taking care of multiple neighbors animals whenever they were out of town. My partner also works on rover and I have helped him on multiple occasions! I have a very flexible schedule at work, currently only working a part time job. I will always prioritize your pet and making sure they get the best care. Being a pet mom myself, I would give the best care for your pet, just as I would for mine. That includes making sure they are fed and taken outside and played with, etc!

About: I am an animal science major and absolutely adore animals! I grew up with 2 dogs and have taken care of friends dogs and cats over the past year while also house sitting. I am working part time at a horse clinic while also going to class. I have time in between classes to take out, feed or play animals and after work I can attend to them as well. I live in an apartment so I will not be able to do over nights but would love to take your dog on a walk and play with them to meet their exercise needs!

I currently work full-time for Columbia Public Schools, but I’m available for check-ins in the mornings, afternoons, and evenings during the week. About: I am a 36 year old father of 2 who has an unwavering love for animals of all kinds. Having taken care of Dogs, Cats, Rabbits, Birds, and almost any animal you can think of I can handle them all. Animals help give me piece in life and that is all I want to return to them. I have my Bachelors Degree in Psychology as well as my MBA in entrepreneurial leadership. I am also on my way to getting certified as an animal trainer. Your pets care and well being is my top responsibility when they are in my care. You will get lots of pics and videos as well as great communication throughout. I can work around almost any schedule and I have a very flexible schedule throughout the week. We can figure out what works best for you and your pets! First and foremost I will get a clear understanding of the type of care your pet currently receives and how you would like your pet to be cared for. For dogs I always like to take them on daily walks, lots of love and of course treats!

About: Growing up, I was a part of a program called Human Animal Bonding in Colorado, where I was taught how to connect top dogs emotionally, socially and verbally and use those skills to apply to real life situations, breaking me out of my social, insecure, neurodivergent shell. I've grown up with six big terriers, so I know my way around big, cuddly, dogs. My best friend is a German Shepherd named Ziva. I currently work part-time shifts that can go from 7-2 (Tues), or 7 - 11 (Wed), or 7-4 (weekends). I wish to pursue my dog-loving passions and possibly turn it into a career, alongside with my first responder training, and I hope starting Rover will do that. I take care of big dogs, numerous cats, and six other types of animals at home, so I can't have other animals at home due to the unfamiliarity. I am looking for extra activities, ones that consists outside of work and home because that's all where I am ever at these days. I just moved to Missouri, and I hope to find show the love I have for animals to places beyond my home. I have all kinds of necessary dog/cat accommodations. I have crates if needed, toys, extra food, leashes, etc. In my home, I have two big dogs who are trained to stay on 30 acres of property, they co-exist with barn cats and other various animals. Because of the other critters on the land, I do have to let them outside every time I leave the house. I had a dog that received special medical treatment every day and had to be watched regularly as he grew mean and tiredsome due to his deteriorating health. Fortunately, he is in a better place, but it shows that I can manage and care for dogs all of different behaviors and necessities and if I can use some of that stuff for other dogs, I've love to.

About: I've spent years watching the pets of my friends and family. They have trusted me to bathe, feed, play, and care for their fur babies. l work on weekdays, Monday-Friday 8am-3pm. I am free any time in the evening on weekdays and I’m free on the weekends! I am also available to house sit throughout the week if needed! :) Where I live currently isn’t suitable for pet sitting but I am more than willing to dog sit at the clients home if need be.

About: I've been taking care of dogs since I was little. There was always at least one dog in my home at all times. I love dogs! Right now my schedule a little flexible for drop ins, walks and other dog needs. Boarding can also be considered. Prefer nothing after 8pm but will make exceptions. I currently take my dogs out in the yard on a leash and walks in the neighborhood. I'm open to whatever your dog may need.

About: Hi! I’m Rachel & I formerly worked at A Second Chance! I grew up around high maintenance & energy dogs (Huskies) which made me very reliable on caring for & cleaning up after them! I’m a very avid animal rescuer, specializing in cats! This year alone I’ve rescued 3 litters of kittens, cared for all & rehomed them to great homes. I’m a proud cat & dog mom! I have 4 cats & a Siberian Husky. This keeps me on my toes everyday & leaves me wanting more experience with other animals. I grew up on farms so I’m a lot of fun outside & great with long walks! Due to my working experience, I’m great at problem solving. I’m also very good at keeping company & understanding your animal’s wants & needs. Comfortability is key.
