About: I've taken care of dogs and cats for most of my life. I've worked in veterinary clinics and farms taking care of animals and upholding upmost husbandry from New born kittens to a herd of Holstein. I am currently in my 4th year of bioveterinary science and have certificates in equine first aid and finishing up an animal welfare certificate. I currently work full time during the late afternoons meaning I can take care of your fur babies 7 days a week in the morning and early afternoon, as well as those late night walks. I can comfortably give medication to any furry friends that may need something (both large and small animals). With my current education I will constantly be looking for any abnormalities in behavior to make sure you and your pet have a stress free time.
About: I’ve taken care of many different types of dogs ranging from English Bulldogs to Great Danes to mixes and everything in between! I’m off all summer and can be available almost anytime. I’m young, energetic and lots of fun! I’m a teacher, so I’m off all summer! I normally go for 7-10km walks everyday which can be broken up depending on the dog and their needs. I don’t have any animals of my own currently so I can focus on yours! I live in an apartment which is pet friendly. It is centrally located and has lots of windows. It also features a nice deck for sitting outside.

About: I have had cats for over 10 years and have worked with dogs for the last 2 years. My dog is almost 3 and having him has been amazing and shown me how much I enjoy taking him out and socializing. I regularly groom both my pets and have 6 months experience working at a dog daycare. I am a full time student and a part time worker. I try to walk my own dog the times a day and feel that a well exercised pet is a happy one. I live in an apartment near 2 off-leash dog parks and several beautiful walking trails near the river and in city. I have found some calmer streets for dogs with a fear of noise and cars. I work Monday to Thursday here in Truro so I would prefer to work Friday to Sunday for your fur babies. I am happy to do in house checkin’s anytime! I won’t be able to provide boarding or taking the dog to my home. I have done several pinhole checkins and dog walks with no issue!

About: Having professional experience in boarding/ daycare kennels allows me the ability to understand dog behavior and how to handle dogs of all temperaments. As well as pet sitting for family friends for years. Working mostly part time allows me to be free plenty of hours to be available to walk your dogs most hours of the day or any day of the week. About: I’ve always had access to animals from a young age and it was my partial responsibility to help care for them. I have also worked on farms that exposed me to even more varieties of animals and gave me the opportunity to bond with them and understand different languages of pet loves. I don’t tend to have trouble demonstrating my trustworthy nature to animals, and seem to have a strange affinity with many variety of pets. I’m very respectful of people’s spaces and make sure to leave them as I found them. I garden a lot as well and will happily baby indoor plants if given care instructions on what you prefer. My schedule is flexible and controlled predominantly by myself therefore I’m usually able to accommodate requests and work them into my day-to-day. Usually I do longer Sits (over a long weekend, or a month or more at a time) but it varies depending on the situation. I’m very respectful of the routines of animals in your/their home. I stick to the routine they’re familiar with and am very conscious of their feelings. Normally I try to swing by and meet the animal kin before the Sit if possible just so they can see me interacting with their pet parent and feel more comfortable but that varies depending on the situation.
About: I have owned my own dogs that I have groomed myself and taken care of for years. When fostering dogs, we are required to maintain their grooming and other health needs. My schedule is extremely flexible, as I work shift work as a youth care worker. I have a lot of time during the daytime to check in on, walk, and feed your dogs as needs require. I have a fenced in backyard with no other pets. We have 2 couches that we all the dogs to sit on, as well as my bed. Can crate your dogs if needed. Always walk dogs on leash.
