I grew up at the stable, surrounded by animals my entire life, so caring for dogs and cats has always come naturally to me. I got my first dog for my ninth birthday and have since cared for pets from puppies to senior dogs well into their golden years. I currently share my home with two wonderful dogs, including one rescue pup I personally rehabilitated through patience, structure, and love. As a physiotherapist and certified canine rehab specialist, I have a strong understanding of mobility, comfort, and safe handling—especially for dogs recovering from injury, dealing with arthritis, or needing a bit of extra care. Whether it’s a playful pup, a gentle senior, or a pet who needs a little confidence and TLC, I treat every animal as if they were my own. You can count on me to provide warm, knowledgeable, and reliable care so you can feel at ease while you’re away. I work from home and have a very flexible schedule, which means I’m available for pet care during the day, evenings, and weekends. Since I’m home most of the time, your pets will get plenty of attention, love, and companionship throughout the day — just like they would with family. About: We're in the process of opening a kennel on our 27 acre homestead, until then, we're here on Rover! Let us give your pets an enriching experience while you're away, and you peace of mind that they are in not one but two sets of good hands. Our dog Styx loves all pets, big and small, but we also have experience and infrastructure for some personal space if your pet takes a little longer to warm up or has special needs. We are currently building a kennel on our wooded retreat, and in the meantime, our home is open! We are home full-time and spend our days outside tending to the property, bringing your pets along, with lots of water and indoor breaks. We have a fenced yard and the house is able to be segmented off depending on the needs (puppy pen, cat area with dogs, cat area dog free, day crated, whatever your comfort is.
