We stayed for a night in Moncton for my partner’s birthday and decided to explore the next day a little bit more. I’ve worked in a vet clinic as a receptionist/assistant and I worked at a rescue where I handled all breeds of animal's. I work very well with anxious, nervous and quiet animals. I will treat your pet(s) with as much care and attention as my own and make sure they return to you happy and safe. I work 5 days a week as a waitress. I work Wednesday - Sunday 4pm to 10pm. Meet & Greets: If it is your first booking with me, a meet and greet is required to discuss all of your pet care needs. It’s important that your pets are 100% comfortable with choosing me as their pet sitter. If a second meet is required, it’ll be booked as a “doggy day care” for a few hours! “My dog experiences separation anxiety when being left with people he does not know. He becomes very active and it takes several visits for him to feel comfortable and be calm. By the second visit, he ran up to the front door and was no longer trying to follow me as I was trying to leave (usually this takes 3 months). Paula was so patient, calm and understanding. She did not give up on him. She takes the time to learn what is important to you and what works for your dog. She reads the info you leave in the APP and tries to be consistent with your rules. She learned how to play his favorite game and always starts their morning this way. Paula is a FANTASTIC sitter. I am so happy we found such an amazing person to watch Nico. 🐾”

About: I’ve had family dogs my whole life. Now i’m off on my own and I don’t have any pets. I miss caring for my family dogs, as I don’t have one. I am super compassionate to their needs, whether that be medications, more walks, more playtime, etc, I am able! I work part time, so I have lots of extra time on my hands. I would love to fit more of my love of dogs into my routine. I wake up early, go for a walk, run some errands, and relax on a normal day. I love to be active, and it would be a lot less lonely if I had a fur friend to accompany me! I am able to take them out every 1-2 hours. I am able to play with them inside my apartment, and provide a quiet space for when they need to relax.

About: Growing up, my family and I always had small dogs. I myself am a lover of animals, especially the little ones. I was a breeder of tea cup Yorkie”s in my younger adult years, they went everywhere I walked or drove. Since their passing a few years back, I now have a yellow lab and love big dogs as well ;) I am now ready and interested in caring for other pets. My husband and I have a 11 and 14 year old daughters who love all animals as well so they would have to be kid friendly. We welcome puppies, small dogs, and cats as well. We are willing to give baths, daily brushing, go for nature walks at park near by so they get lots of fresh air and exercise. Our home also is on a large 2 1/2 acres land so lots of space for play. We are okay with giving medicine if needed and give lots of cuddles in bed. I will send photos and updates on how your pet is doing to put any worries aside if may be. We are located north end Moncton. We often travel to Mapleton park, and would love some furry company on my hikes! I am home during the daytime and evening available for drop in and dog walking so I will have plenty of time to play with your fur baby. We have 2 1/2 acres with a beautiful kind hearted lab who loves playing with other dogs and two girls who love caring for animals as well. Our home is pet friendly and safety comes first.
