“We had left our golden retriever with Linus for a couple of nights previously. She did well, so we booked her in for 10 nights while we went away. Leaving her with Linus completely took any stress away. He takes each dog’s needs into consideration. Our dog is a bit shy and submissive with other dogs, so he gradually introduced her and was very intentional with who she socialized with. Because of this, she had a wonderful time and grew some more confidence. She was so happy in the photos and videos that he regularly sent us that we were worried she wouldn’t even want to return home! Linus is also flexible in pick up/drop off times, which we really appreciate. We already have our dog booked in to have another stay with Linus later in the summer. She comes back to us content and tired from all of the fun she has.”

About: I’ve grown up around cats and dogs my whole life. I have 4 dogs and 2 cats at home. I also volunteer with a Texas animal rescue and have transported numerous dogs of all breeds, size, and backgrounds. I work well with reactive dogs, health issues, and any size animals not only from experience with my own dogs but the rescue dogs I’ve transported from Texas. I do shift work and am looking for something to do on the side. I usually work 9-9 on a long week short week rotation I’ve had dogs and cats my whole life. I have been relied upon in the past to watch family and friends' dogs of all ages and sizes, including administering of medication, feeding, and bathing. I only ever take on one dog at a time, ensuring your pup gets all the attention they need over the course of their stay. My six year old sheepadoodle, Arlo, is friendly and easygoing with other dogs, but I can keep pups separate if needed so everyone feels comfortable. With beach and trail access right nearby, your dog gets thoughtful activity, one-on-one attention, and a fun, relaxed environment while you enjoy your ocean day. Pet care is already woven right into my daily routine. I work part-time from home, so I'm around throughout the day to give your dog steady attention and plenty of activity. About: I've been around animals my whole life, and I love taking dogs for walks. In my free time, I also enjoy horseback riding and walking dogs for SPCA, I've even babysat a friend's hamster. Going for walks and enjoying the outdoors is a passion of mine. I'm looking for extra income in addition to my job, so I'm offering dog-walking services during my free time throughout the week. I'll do my best to accommodate your needs, whether it's walking your dog around your neighborhood or taking them to a nearby dog park if required. I have my own transportation, so I'm flexible when it comes to your location. I'm currently working full-time, and my schedule varies slightly from week to week. Feel free to check my availability. That being said, if there's a day that's not listed, please don't hesitate to ask, as things could change! When dog walking, my primary focus is on the well-being and happiness of the dog. I start by ensuring the dog is securely leashed and comfortable with their equipment. During the walk, I choose a safe route, preferably the one that the dog knows, taking into account the dog's pace and preferences. I pay close attention to their body language, allowing for breaks when needed. Socialization with other dogs and people is carefully managed, and I always clean up after them. Clear communication with the dog owner is a priority, providing updates on the walk's progress. My goal is to provide a enjoyable and safe experience for the dog, promoting their physical and mental health.

About: With 10+ years of personal animal care experience ranging from everything to dogs and cats all the way to farm animals and whole rabbitries I've been apart of it all! My childhood years were spent looking after dogs, cats, frogs, fish, hamsters, rabbits and just about everything else! My work keeps me flexible throughout the week with Tuesday and Friday nights from 7-9pm and Sundays from 9am to 1pm being my only for sure "away" hours. During the days I'm able to do a lot of work from home to keep your dog company and have a 2024 Chevy Trax SUV in which I can transport and do FREE pickups with 24hr advance notice. I live on a 15 acre country farm property that includes a 1km wooded backyard walking trail and a spacious fenced (electric) backyard homed to our friendly resident goats 🐐My house is a small one bedroom cottage house but perfect to host one large dog or two medium sized! All dogs will remain on leash unless specified otherwise from owner.
