“My dog experiences separation anxiety when being left with people he does not know. He becomes very active and it takes several visits for him to feel comfortable and be calm. By the second visit, he ran up to the front door and was no longer trying to follow me as I was trying to leave (usually this takes 3 months). Paula was so patient, calm and understanding. She did not give up on him. She takes the time to learn what is important to you and what works for your dog. She reads the info you leave in the APP and tries to be consistent with your rules. She learned how to play his favorite game and always starts their morning this way. Paula is a FANTASTIC sitter. I am so happy we found such an amazing person to watch Nico. 🐾”

About: I have had dogs my whole life and consider myself a true dog lover. I have trained puppies and taken care of a senior dog; as well as a dog with special needs that required LOTS of patience, especially during walks. I love all types of dogs, big and small and would love the opportunity to get to know your fur baby! I am currently retired, and therefore would have plenty of time to fit whatever needs you have into my schedule. Either for daytime check-ins, or overnight stays. I love dogs, playtime walks and cuddles! I live in a one bedroom apartment, therefore, there would be lots of walks, and I would ensure your baby’s safety. Safety would be priority number one.

About: I've taken care of pets for many years, from puppies/kittens to seniors, enjoying all the stages, including the excitement and zoomies of the doggies on every walk. The well-being of your fur baby is the most important thing, you can be sure I will do my best to meet their needs. I work most weekdays from home, having the ability to take care of your pet on regular business hours. Boarding can also be an option some weekends during the month. I have no pets at the moment, you can be sure all my attention will be for your pet having the chance to take a walk near by or into the backyard.

From my childhood companion, a Newfoundlander, to my beloved golden retriever who lived until 11 1/2 years old, and now my faithful dog, Allie, I have been immersed in the world of canine companionship. My experience extends to caring for dogs of all sizes and breeds, each one cherished and loved in their own unique way. With a fenced-in yard providing a safe haven for play and exercise, I ensure that any dog under my care receives the attention and affection they deserve. When your dog is in my care, they would be cared for as my own. I work from home full-time so will be available to attend to your dogs needs. I am able to walk them before 10 AM and after 6 PM during the week. I have a fenced in yard for the dogs to be safe, to play in and get fresh air. In the summertime I do have air-conditioning so your dog will be comfortable. If your dog likes water I also have a baby pool for them to dip their toes in or lay in to cool down.
