“We really liked Andrew and Hazel. Their dogs are sweet as well. They have a big yard, lot of space for the pups and they take the time to send pictures and videos. They are very sweet. We will definetely keep them as our new Rover because in one visit they gained our trust.”

“Shelbie took good care of my two furbabies. My two little did not fight with each other in her place. She was responsive to messages. Unfortunately my two little were too shy to play with Shelbie’s dog. I guess they need some more time to open up. I will find Shelbie again for sure in the future.”

“Alma was very responsive to our booking request and has had great communication, as well as sent multiple pictures, during our 2 days of daycare for our pup. We are visiting the area and wanted to sightsee in the city. Alma is friendly and has been very attentive to our dogs special orthopedic needs related to a current front leg injury. “What can I say ? My Roxy’s stay with Jany was outstanding. She was so well taken care, I got pictures and reports of her stay while in Jany’s care. Jany is caring, kind and forthcoming which o appreciated a lot. Her home is impeccable, both inside and outside. Her yard is well secured and she has the nicest bed for furry friends in her home. I wouldn’t hesitate asking for Jany again. She is truly one of a kind and a great sitter who is so accommodating and understanding. If you’re on the South Shore and want a caring and kind person to watch over your fur children, Jany is by far the best person you will find !”

About: Been taking care of dogs for the past 4 years for friends and family. 7 years of care for our pug Chewy since he was a pup. Hi! We’re Donny and Daisy, a pet-loving duo with plenty of time and attention to give to your furry friends. Donny has flexible working hours, and Daisy works from home full-time, so there’s almost always someone here to provide companionship, care, and cuddles. We’re dedicated to keeping your pets happy, safe, and comfortable. We walk our Chewy 2 to 3 times a day, ensuring plenty of opportunities for exercise and fresh air for your furry companions. On rainy days when outdoor play is limited, we'll still have a blast indoors, playing games and having fun on the deck or finding creative ways to keep them entertained indoors. Rest assured, your dogs will get the same love and care as our own! Our home has a fenced yard, a huge deck, and a pool, plus a sweet and energetic 7 years old pug Chewy to keep your pup company. We also have extra rooms to comfortably accommodate your dogs during their stay.

About: Hi! I'm Jaclyn. I grew up on a dairy farm where caring for animals was simply a way of life. I was surrounded daily by dogs, cats, chickens, horses, cows, goats, pigs, geese, rabbits, and turkeys. By the age of 12, I had already raised a litter of Labrador puppies and my love for animals has only deepened over the years. My husband and I are both lifelong animal lovers. He’s cared for several rescue dogs, including a German Shepherd with fear based aggression, a gentle Doberman he raised from a pup, and three loving Labradors. Together, we’ve had the joy and experience of raising and caring for over 23 dogs of all ages, sizes, and temperaments. We understand the unique personalities and needs of each animal. Whether your dog is energetic, shy, senior, or somewhere in between, we’re committed to making them feel safe, loved, and at home. Your dog will be treated like family because that’s exactly how we see them. Your pet’s comfort and safety are our top priority. My husband works from home full-time, and I work from home two days a week, so your dog will rarely be alone and never for long. There's always someone around to provide attention, affection, and supervision throughout the day. Whether your pup needs company, a calm environment, or a consistent routine. We’ve got it covered! We provide a safe, loving, and well structured environment for your pet. I own my home, which features a secure fenced backyard for outdoor play and potty breaks. While we no longer have pets of our own (we recently said goodbye to our beloved 14.5 year old Labrador), our home remains full of warmth, calm, and animal friendly spaces. We use baby gates to block off stairways when needed, and your dog will always be supervised whether indoors or outside. We also have two young children who were raised with dogs from infancy. They are very respectful and well versed in how to treat animals gently and appropriately. That said, for the comfort of both your pet and our family, we prefer to host dogs that are comfortable around children. Your pet will never be left unsupervised with our kids. This precaution ensures the safety of both your dog and our children. It also reflects the level of care and responsibility we bring to every booking.

“First time using Rover and first time working with Emma and it was a great first experience! Super patient, explained everything so well and was very accommodating. It was a short stay for my Golden Retriever, but I feel confident hiring Emma again for future stays!”

“I’m so appreciated for Ntando’s help! She quickly responded my request and did a very great job to take care of Gary and Charlie! Also, very appreciated for the cute photos of them! Happy holiday”

“Quelle belle rencontre!

About: Hi! I'm a lifelong animal lover with over 8 years of hands-on experience caring for a variety of pets, including dogs, cats, rabbits, and guinea pigs. I’ve grown up around animals and have had pets for as long as I can remember — from big and medium-sized dogs to cats, and now I share my home with two adorable dachshunds. These days, I focus on caring for small dogs, as I know their needs and personalities well. I'm happy to offer walks, drop-in visits, and overnight stays. My family and I treat pets like part of the family — with love, attention, and plenty of cuddles! We live in a house with a backyard, so your pet will have space to stretch, play, and relax in a safe environment. Whether your pet needs a fun day of walks or a cozy home while you're away, you can trust they’ll be well cared for with us. Pet care fits naturally into my daily routine because I work from home, which allows me to give pets plenty of attention throughout the day. Your pet will never feel lonely — between me and the three other adults in the house, there’s always someone available to offer love, cuddles, playtime, or potty breaks. Since I already care for my two dachshunds daily, adding another furry friend to the routine feels like second nature. Whether it’s walks, feeding, or just keeping them company, your pet will be treated like family and fully included in our home life. In my home, pets are treated like part of the family. I provide a safe, loving environment with plenty of supervision, especially since I work from home. We have a backyard where dogs can enjoy some outdoor time (always supervised), and your pet will have indoor space to relax, play, or nap comfortably. I follow your pet’s routine as closely as possible — whether it’s feeding times, walks, or special care instructions — and I send regular updates so you can feel at ease. If I’m caring for pets in your home, I respect your space and your pet’s routine. I’ll make sure they feel safe and comfortable while you're away, whether that means sticking to their walk schedule, feeding times, or giving medication if needed. I always aim to keep pets calm, happy, and stress-free in their familiar surroundings.

About: I've taken care of dogs all my life so getting a Rover account seemed like the natural thing to mourn the loss of my pitbull Marley in jan 2024. Since then, ive adopted a lil 5lbs of manly man Sanji and babysat many friends for him of all sizes. We love having lil furry friends to add a lil life in our house ^_^ so let me take care of your baby as my own while you catch up with your busy schedule. I work from home so for now, my only displacements are errands, gym and my fascia stretch therapy clients. Can easily bring pet with me or be back within an hour or 2. I have a fenced yard with synthetic grass for them to go play outside. Can take them for walk in the area, great parks around here.
