I always follow the owner's instructions carefully, keep a close eye on pets during walks and visits, and make sure they are in a safe, secure environment. I also believe in clear communication and will keep you updated with messages and photos so you can have peace of mind while you're away. I have a fully fenced yard where dogs can safely spend time outside under supervision, as well as air conditioning to keep pets comfortable during warmer weather. There are no other animals in my home, creating a calm and quiet environment where your pet can receive my full attention and care. About: I’ve had animals my entire life and caring for them has always been one of my biggest passions. I previously worked at the SPCA because I strongly believe in animal welfare and rescue over supporting pet stores. Over the years I’ve cared for rats, rabbits, bunnies, geckos, hamsters, birds, squirrels, pigs, cats, and dogs. Every species has different physical and mental needs, and I take the time to learn what allows each animal to truly thrive—not just survive. I’ve never believed in keeping animals in the small cages sold in most pet stores. Instead, I build large, custom enclosures designed specifically for each individual animal’s needs, giving them plenty of room to explore, play, and live comfortably. Daily care is something I take very seriously. Every animal receives individual attention, enrichment, playtime, fresh food and water, and their living space is spot-cleaned and maintained every single day to ensure they stay healthy, happy, and stress-free. Whether I’m caring for my own animals or someone else’s, I treat every pet as if they were my own family. My goal is always to provide a safe, enriching, and loving environment where every animal receives the care, patience, and respect they deserve. Pet sitting fits well into my schedule because I have a flexible routine and can plan my days around the pets in my care. I make it a priority to stick to each pet’s normal feeding, exercise, and medication schedule, and I’m available for morning, afternoon, evening, or overnight visits depending on the owner’s needs. I only take on a manageable number of pets at a time so that every animal receives the time, attention, and care they deserve. I always follow each pet’s normal routine to help them feel safe and comfortable while you’re away. I was surrounded daily by dogs, cats, chickens, horses, cows, goats, pigs, geese, rabbits, and turkeys. By the age of 12, I had already raised a litter of Labrador puppies and my love for animals has only deepened over the years. My husband and I are both lifelong animal lovers. He’s cared for several rescue dogs, including a German Shepherd with fear based aggression, a gentle Doberman he raised from a pup, and three loving Labradors. Together, we’ve had the joy and experience of raising and caring for over 23 dogs of all ages, sizes, and temperaments. We understand the unique personalities and needs of each animal. My husband works from home full-time, and I work from home two days a week, so your dog will rarely be alone and never for long. We provide a safe, loving, and well structured environment for your pet. I own my home, which features a secure fenced backyard for outdoor play and potty breaks. While we no longer have pets of our own (we recently said goodbye to our beloved 14.5 year old Labrador), our home remains full of warmth, calm, and animal friendly spaces. We use baby gates to block off stairways when needed, and your dog will always be supervised whether indoors or outside. We also have two young children who were raised with dogs from infancy. They are very respectful and well versed in how to treat animals gently and appropriately. That said, for the comfort of both your pet and our family, we prefer to host dogs that are comfortable around children. Your pet will never be left unsupervised with our kids. This precaution ensures the safety of both your dog and our children. It also reflects the level of care and responsibility we bring to every booking.

About: J'ai grandi entouré d'animaux et surtout de chiens, ils sont ma plus grande passion, d'ailleurs nous en avons 5 toutous à la maison, passionnée des poilus autant pour leur alimentation, soin, éducation, ayant plusieurs cours et formations à mon actif! Autant la conformité, obéissance, agilité ou sport ratier, je suis très active avec ceux-ci. Leur language ne m'est pas inconnu. Une balade, une collade, rien ne me dérange si c'est pour leur bonheur. Corps sain dans un esprit sain comme on dit :) Je travaille à temps plein de la maison, je peux facilement me déplacer le matin, midi et soir, passer la soirée! Le but premier est le bien être de l'animal. Pour la garde à la maison, je suis à la maison presque 24h/7j (à part pour quelques commissions, rv, et cours avec les toutous), nous avons une cours clôturée et facilement l'espace pour l'intégration du pensionnaire sans qu'il ne vive un traumatisme à l'intérieur et à l'extérieur ! Cependant, votre chien doit être socialiser avec toutes les grandeurs, pour les chiots notre maison est un endroit idéal pour la socialisation sans risque. Les chiens ont des coussins dans toutes les pièces, peuvent aussi avoir accès au divan (si non restreint par le propriétaire), sans stress pour nos meubles et plancher, c'est une maison vivante incluant les animaux.

About: I love dogs so much and have had 2 dogs since I was 5 years old. I have dog sat my cousins’ and friend’s dogs before too! I am a recent university graduate and have a very flexible schedule, and can take care of your pet at times most convenient for you. I would take care of the dog in the owner’s house, so the dog would already be accustomed to the environment and I will always make sure that everything is safe for the dog.

About: 2+ years volunteer experience as a medical care assitant in cat shelters: - record health status of each animal and record any unusual symptoms or behaviours - gave medication to animal that needed it - fed cats and cleaned their surroundings 1+ year foster care for dogs: - fed and walked dogs when needed - would sometimes train to adjust them in their new environment (not a professional trainer) - basically would treat them as my own 2+ years working with livestock: - calf rearing, would mainly feed and clean their environment - would give medication to animals in need - worked with cattle, sheep and chickens 1+ years working in a dog day care: - walk all dogs and supervise them throughout the day - correct bad behaviour and report to lead supervisor - clean their surrounding and making sure they had water at all times. Since I was young, my family and I were surrounded by animals specifically dogs and cats. All were found and kept. Sometimes we had strays (mainly cats and kittens) and would feed them and made sure they had a warm place in the winter (in shed). All animals were welcome to our home. All in all, I am quite ethical in the relation to animal welfare and love taking care of them.
