I take the time to get to know each pet's routine, personality, and any special needs they may have. I always follow the owner's instructions carefully, keep a close eye on pets during walks and visits, and make sure they are in a safe, secure environment. I also believe in clear communication and will keep you updated with messages and photos so you can have peace of mind while you're away. I have a fully fenced yard where dogs can safely spend time outside under supervision, as well as air conditioning to keep pets comfortable during warmer weather. There are no other animals in my home, creating a calm and quiet environment where your pet can receive my full attention and care. About: I’ve had animals my entire life and caring for them has always been one of my biggest passions. I previously worked at the SPCA because I strongly believe in animal welfare and rescue over supporting pet stores. Over the years I’ve cared for rats, rabbits, bunnies, geckos, hamsters, birds, squirrels, pigs, cats, and dogs. Every species has different physical and mental needs, and I take the time to learn what allows each animal to truly thrive—not just survive. I’ve never believed in keeping animals in the small cages sold in most pet stores. Instead, I build large, custom enclosures designed specifically for each individual animal’s needs, giving them plenty of room to explore, play, and live comfortably. Daily care is something I take very seriously. Every animal receives individual attention, enrichment, playtime, fresh food and water, and their living space is spot-cleaned and maintained every single day to ensure they stay healthy, happy, and stress-free. Whether I’m caring for my own animals or someone else’s, I treat every pet as if they were my own family. My goal is always to provide a safe, enriching, and loving environment where every animal receives the care, patience, and respect they deserve. Pet sitting fits well into my schedule because I have a flexible routine and can plan my days around the pets in my care. I make it a priority to stick to each pet’s normal feeding, exercise, and medication schedule, and I’m available for morning, afternoon, evening, or overnight visits depending on the owner’s needs. I only take on a manageable number of pets at a time so that every animal receives the time, attention, and care they deserve. I always follow each pet’s normal routine to help them feel safe and comfortable while you’re away. I’ll make sure they have fresh food and water, a clean living space, plenty of exercise, playtime, and affection based on their personality. I pay close attention to their behavior and well-being, keep your home clean and secure, and will happily send regular photo and video updates so you can have peace of mind while you’re away.

About: Hi, I am new to the industry, but have been dog sitting dogs from the family for the last year and a half. I am currently completing a certification for dog training then aiming to start the dog behaviour one. I believe I have the adequate skills it takes to take care of your dog plus I am someone who is always eager to learn more and take on any feedback given. Looking forward to see what awaits for you and me. I currently work full time 1 weekend out 2. My usual schedule looks like either 2:00-10:00 PM or 3:30-12:00 AM. I have off Wednesdays and Fridays when I work weekends. I would be available most week days before 2 PM and 1 weekend out of 2. I will make sure to make your pet feel at ease and comfortable especially that they would be in their own home. Will be giving them the right amount of attention needed. Feeding them at their usual time, giving them water, playing with them and making sure they are okay at all times. The dog’s wellbeing is my number 1 priority.

About: Je m’occupe de mes deux bassets à la maison, j’ai eu un élevage pendant deux ans où la femelle basset originaire de la Bretagne m’a fait une très belle portée dont les chiots étaient tous en santé. J’ai gardé le dernier chiot son nom est Rocky il est très gentil. Avec mes deux bassets, nous nous promenons deux fois par jour petite balade du matin et balade de l’après-midi on sort souvent pour des sorties d’une heure, dont le parc à chien où nous aimons vraiment beaucoup socialiser, et se défouler, nous aimons les autres amis, car nous sommes faits pour vivre en meute. Si je me déplace, j’effectue toujours une surveillance d’hygiène, nettoyage des pipis s’il y a lieu et remise en état de la pièce donner la nourriture, puis s’assurer qu’ils ont toujours de l’eau, jouer et aller dehors et faire les soins routine, lavage des oreilles, lavage des dents, lavage du poil, brosser le poil et s’assurer qu ils sont en pleine santé. Cela fait partie de ma routine avec mes deux chiens.

About: I have extensive experience caring for dogs and cats through long-term house sitting as well as throughout my personal life. Over the years, friends, family, and homeowners have trusted me to care for their pets while they traveled, including extended stays in Australia, New York, and Las Vegas. In Australia, I cared for a Poodle and a cat for one month while staying in the owners’ home. In New York, I looked after a Dogo Argentino for one month. In Las Vegas, I completed two additional long-term house sits: one for a month with a Chihuahua and a large Golden Retriever, and another for four weeks caring for two medium-sized dogs—a mixed breed and a Poodle. Beyond house sitting, I’ve been surrounded by dogs my entire life. I grew up with breeds of all sizes, from Weimaraner's to Poodles, and have also cared for Cocker Spaniels, Schnauzers, and many mixed breeds. Friends, family, and roommates regularly trusted me to care for their dogs while they were away, often for a week or longer. I’ve also fostered rescue dogs until they found loving permanent homes. I’m comfortable adapting to each pet’s unique personality and routine, and I always prioritize their safety, comfort, and well-being while keeping owners updated throughout their stay. I work remotely, which gives me a flexible schedule and allows me to provide pets with plenty of attention throughout the day. I can easily adapt to your pet’s routine, whether they need walks, playtime, feeding, medication reminders, or simply companionship. I’m available on weekdays, evenings, weekends, and holidays with advance notice. I live in a spacious 5½ apartment that provides a quiet, comfortable, and pet-friendly environment. One of the bedrooms is rarely used, giving pets extra space to relax if they prefer a quieter area. The apartment has built-in air conditioning to keep pets comfortable year-round, as well as a large private back terrace where they can safely enjoy fresh air and sunshine between potty breaks. I’m just a 3-minute walk from Parc La Fontaine, making it easy to provide regular walks, exercise, and plenty of outdoors. I always follow each pet’s routine and the owner’s instructions to help them feel safe, comfortable, and at home during their stay.

About: Ce qui me distingue, c’est l’attention que j’accorde au bien-être de chaque animal. Je suis diplômée en soins animaliers et j’ai passé trois semaines en stage dans le domaine vétérinaire. Je peux donc réagir rapidement en cas de comportement différent ou énergie inhabituelle. Mon objectif est que vous partiez l’esprit tranquille, en sachant que votre animal est en sécurité et sera traité avec la même attention, le même respect et la même bienveillance que s’il était le mien. J’organise mon horaire de façon à offrir mes services le plus souvent possible durant la semaine. Que ce soit pour des promenades de qualité, des visites à domicile ou des périodes de jeux. Lors des visites à domicile, je veille à ce que votre animal conserve ses habitudes afin de réduire son stress. Je m’occupe de lui donner de la nourriture, de l’eau fraîche, faire des promenades, des jeux, des moments de détente etc. Si nécessaire, je peux également administrer des médicaments selon vos instructions et effectuer des soins de base que j’ai appris lors de mon AEP en soins animaliers (coupe de griffes, nettoyage des yeux et des oreilles, brossage etc) Je prends aussi le temps d’observer son comportement et son état général afin de détecter tout changement inhabituel. Après chaque visite, je vous envoie des nouvelles. :)

Pour ma sécurité et celle de tous les animaux sous ma garde, en contact avec l'équipement utilisé entre les différents ménages, je requiers une vaccination à jour, autant chez les chiens que les chats. Je lave mon équipement régulièrement mais je préfère largement prévenir que guérir <3. Une fiche avec les informations nécessaires en cas d'urgence me suit également. Le bien-être et la sécurité de vos compagnons est et sera toujours ma priorité #1. My services are always one on one with your pet(s). I do not mix clients unless specifically requested and solely if all animals previously met eachother without problems. For my own safety and the one of animals under my care coming in contact with equipment used between different homes, I require up to date vaccination for dogs and cats alike. I wash and clean my equipment regularly but I much rather be safe than sorry <3. A form with all necessary information in case of emergency follows me at all time as well. The welfare of your companion is and will always be my #1 priority.

About: Ayant des animaux depuis toute jeune, je comprends très bien la complexité de les faire garder ou bien d'avoir quelqu'un pour s'occuper d'eux (surtout avec la vie, le travail, les enfants etc !). Je considère avoir de très bonnes bases en comportement canin, obéissance, soins de base pour chats, chiens, oiseaux, poissons. J'ai également eu des animaux avec certaines complexités médicales alors sachez que je suis à l'aise avec vos poilus avec besoins particuliers. Mon entourage sait à quel point j'aime mes animaux et ceux de mes proches. J'ai aidé plusieurs personnes près de moi avec leurs animaux et j'ai donc décidé d'offrir ce service via Rover puisque moi-même j'ai eu besoin de ce service et j'ai adoré le fonctionnement. J'ai la chance d'avoir un emploi en mode hybride donc flexibilité, stabilité et présence (surtout pour nos amis anxieux!) c'est ce que j'offre pour la garde. Pour les visites ponctuelles, je peux organiser mon horaire afin de venir faire des visites à votre domicile selon la distance. Ici nous avons une grande cours clôturée donc les chiens peuvent également courir et s'amuser en liberté. Nous avons une superbe piste cyclable à proximité ainsi que des parcs à chiens si c'est ce dont votre animal a besoin. Pour vos chats, le chien et les chats ici sont à l'aise avec des amis et dans le cas où votre animal est plutôt réservé il y a définitivement moyen de lui donner son espace. Pour les visites ponctuelles ou les garde à votre domicile, vos règles sont les miennes ! Votre chien a besoin de se faire chanter une chanson en faisant 2 tours sur moi-même pour qu'il mange ? Je suis partante. Votre chat a besoin de son mantra quotidien pour être heureux? Je suis partante.
