Ask me about my group dog walk rate! I work from home full time and have Staffordshire Bull Terrier roommate who requires a full hour of outdoor time every day, I can pick up your pup and bring them with us on our outdoor adventure. There are no children in the house. Please note we live in a 2nd floor walk up apartment. If your pup is over 45lbs and has mobility issues, consider booking me for pet care in your home instead :)

About: I am a lifelong animal lover who has been working with dogs both professionally and in a volunteer capacity for the last 15 years. Our farm is located on 100 acres just outside of Owen Sound. The Bruce Trail runs through our property and all dogs in our care receive a minimum of one hike a day in addition to various shorter walks around the farm. We only board one dog/household at a time and they have free reign of our home when supervised and a dedicated "dog room" with all the comforts of home for when they are not. Over the years we have fostered puppies to seniors, small to xlarge as well as many medical needs dogs and we love them all! I prioritize morning and evening walks due to my current schedule of working off farm 3 days a week. On my off farm days I come home at lunch so dogs are never left longer than 3.5h without out a break/walk. I also have a camera in our "dog room" so I can check in throughout the day. I try to mimic the routine each dog follows in their own home as I have found that assists with their transition. With that as the foundation we create a schedule that allows for equal amounts of rest/play. We only board one dog/household at a time so that we can provide them with lots of one on one attention!

“Highly recommend Tiffany to care for your loved ones. She was very thorough with her feedback, and easily overcame any concerned had about using Rover for the first time. Tiffany provided detailed updates and photos each visit which helped us enjoy our vacation knowing everything was in good hands back home. Thank you for providing your excellent service! *****”

About: I have always loved animals. I work early mornings so can be available for afternoon and evening walks as needed. I live in Owen Sound but can travel within reason. I work early mornings during the week so I can do afternoon and evening walks. I could also be available on weekends if needed. Happy to accommodate. I am not able to have pets at my own home as I already have 2 dogs and a cat of my own but am happy to visit your home to care for your pets.

About: I am an absolute animal lover. I have had large dogs among other pets my whole life. I have an 8 year old female German Shepherd named Scarlet, and a 2 year old male Belgian Malinois named Chet. I’ve always had large breed dogs, although I’ve had cats and recently said goodbye to my 9 year old Rabbit named Nugget. I currently make my own schedule for work, and I usually only work mornings. Having such a flexible schedule gives me a lot of free time to help out other pet owners. I prefer to follow the clients’ lead in terms of how they are most comfortable. I can offer the use of a 20ft training leash when pups are taken out of any fenced areas, to allow for more room to play!

About: I have owned and lived with dogs, and cats for the past 10 years. My current dog is high energy and we'll titled. Looking for someone to take your dog out while your on a long shift, longer walks than your able, or social/training enriched walks, I'm able to help. I grew up on a hobby farm and am more then happy to spend time with ducks, chickens, rabbits etc. I currently work full time from home, if you have wifi I can be there all day. Dogs love routine, keeping to their routine is safest. I practice positive reinforcement for pets. For dogs who pull on walks ii prefer a harness, it's safer for us and them, and have plenty of dual clip leashes to work on heeling with them.

About: I am a 27 year old animal lover who currently has no animals of my own. I was raised on a farm and my family has always had dogs and cats in the house. I have experience in looking after many different animals such as; dogs, cats, rabbits, hamsters, pigs, chickens, cows and horses. I have signed up with Rover not as a job but more of a hobby. I currently look after pets for my friends while they go out of town and I love the time I get to spend with their animals. Unfortunately I can’t have pets of my own right now, therefore this is a great way to spend some time with some great animals and get paid to do it.

About: I work from home, and am home all day. I live across from Exhibition Park in Guelph and can take your dog out for socializing with others, or go on quieter walks around the neighbourhood. I am a champion pet cuddler! I would love to spend time with your dog or cat and make them feel like royalty. Before moving to Ottawa this spring, I volunteered at the Guelph Humane Society. I am accustomed to dogs with different personalities and needs. I enjoy doing enrichment activities, playing with a favourite toy, practicing their training, or just relaxing! Whatever your pal needs. I have experience taking care of my own late dog who had dementia and who was deaf and vision impaired. I am also experienced in taking care of new adoptions who need decompression time, limited contact but their basic needs met. Whatever the situation, I'm your gal! I work from home on a flexible schedule so I can always give your pet the care and attention they need when they need it. I have a small backyard for bathroom breaks, and live on a quiet street. I have a small crate available if needed, but I love snuggling on the couch and in bed with any furry friends! I can continue any training you're working on, or we can just relax together. Whatever you need.

About: I’m Sophia, a lifelong animal person with a farming background and a sixth sense for critter energy. I grew up surrounded by cattle, I've worked with horses, and I've raised a range of pets of different sizes, energy levels, and temperaments. All of this has given me a deep understanding of animal body language and a real respect for what makes them tick. I connect especially well with cats and dogs, and I’m known for my calm, grounded energy that helps even the most nervous pets feel chill. Whether your pup needs playtime, your kitty needs company, or you just want to make sure your pets are safe and happy while you're away, I’ve got it covered. I’ll treat your animals like my own—with care, clarity, and zero drama. Let’s keep things calm, cozy, and tail-waggy. I'm self-employed and a homebody, which means my schedule is super flexible and I'm available to give extra care throughout the week. That gives me tons of time for long morning walks, mid-day play breaks, and slow, snuggly evenings with your pets. They’re not just getting fed and walked—they’re getting real presence, companionship, and care throughout the day. I let animals set the pace. With a strong read on body language and temperament, I adjust my energy and approach to match what they need—not the other way around. Sometimes that means playtime and walks, and sometimes it means just being quietly nearby so they can relax without feeling overstimulated. Whether they’re social butterflies or shy little wallflowers, I’m here to make sure they feel at ease.

“Once again Kayla has taken good care of our cat while we were away. She is reliable and friendly. Thanks Kayla!”

Stefania B.
“I have a cat, Tuna and a dog, Shoober. As someone who considers my pets to be family, I am very cautious about where or who I leave them with. Having Stef come and stay at my place made leaving them for the weekend as stress free as possible. It was a relief knowing both pets were being fed and cared for. They were able to feel comfortable in their own home rather than locked in a kennel somewhere. They were given one-on-one attention (which I know they wouldn’t be getting at a large boarding place). I have a reactive dog which can be difficult to manage. Stef had no issue taking him on and ensuring he got his multiple walks a day. I am very satisfied with the services Stef provided and will certainly be using her again in the future!!”

Courtney M.
