About: With over 12 years of experience caring for dogs, cats, and many more pets, I grew up surrounded by pets and understand their unique needs. From starting with puppies all the way up until senior care, I’ve done it all. I’ve had many unique experiences with dogs working with reactive, shy, overly energetic and defensive pups. With overnight stays, to letting your little ones out to go pee every few hours or nice long walks I promise to treat your furry friends with the same unconditional love and care they deserve! I’m currently working at a winery at the moment as my day time job! But it allows me to have availability for most days during the week and also pretty flexible during the weekends. Everyday for sure I am available until 11 am and anytime after 5pm which’s allows for multiple hours a day of checking in, multiple walks and hanging out with your furry babies. Just shoot me a message and I am very accommodating! (Full time care Monday and Tuesdays guaranteed) When caring for pets in a client’s home, I make sure to follow their routines to keep them comfortable and stress-free. This includes feeding them on schedule, providing fresh water, going on walks, and giving plenty of playtime and affection. I also handle any specific needs, like administering medication or maintaining grooming routines. Keeping their environment clean and ensuring they feel loved and secure are always my top priorities.

“Ainsley was lovely, took great care of our active golden and brand new puppy. The duo is quite the handful. She communicated well with us, and sent along pictures during their time together.”

About: I’ve taken care of dogs and cats of all sizes and temperaments since I was 10 years old. Friends, family, and neighbors trust me to walk, feed, bathe, and give lots of love to their pets. I also have experience with senior pets and enjoy building a calm, safe environment for them. Animals feel comfortable and happy with me. I’m currently working in Osoyoos and my weekly availability is flexible but varies. I update my schedule every Thursday for the upcoming week, so I’m happy to coordinate pet care based on your needs and my updated hours. I have experience with feeding, litter box cleaning, giving medications if needed, and of course, spending quality time with cats through play, brushing, or just keeping them company. Pet care is something I truly enjoy and take seriously—I always make sure your furry friends feel safe, happy, and loved while you’re away. I have a fenced yard where dogs can safely run and play, and two friendly resident dogs who love making new friends. I'm always supervising interactions to ensure everyone is comfortable and safe. If needed, I can easily crate your dog or provide a separate space. I maintain a clean, calm environment so your pet feels right at home.

“Julia went above and beyond while watching our baby girl Winnie! She came to our airbnb while we had went to our wedding, and she took all the stress out of worrying about if Winnie was okay - we knew she was in great hands. Not only did Julia do an amazing job by talking Winnie for a walk, sending us photo updates, and doing all tasks, she completely cleaned up the mess we made getting ready for the wedding! Allowing us to come home to a clean home and a happy pup. We are so grateful for her and would recommend her to anyone!”

About: I have grown up around dogs and cats, and have always loved looking after those relatives or friends when needed. I did Rover in Vancouver for a year where I was responsible for looking after several dogs, and cats. I had a variety of clients in terms of sizes, ages, and personalities/behaviour. I regularly did walking, house sitting and day visits. I have a little bit of experience caring for both older dogs and cats as I have lived with some who require more attention. I am very understanding, attentive, communicative, organized and flexible. I have a pretty open schedule due to being done with university summer courses, and I am super flexible until mid-September. As of right now it's wide open. Unfortunately, I can’t offer home services due to my living situation but I’m more than happy to do walks to your and more especially your pet's needs, similarly for drop-ins and for sitting.

About: I used to have 2 marine aquariums. They were so much fun to maintain, actually fairly easy. In my current incarnation I am travelling a lot. The aquariums couldn't come along for the ride. I've been doing housesitting/pet care since summer 2023. And what a great experience it has been. I've managed to care for huskies, a pyrenees, a lab, 19yo chihuahua, 15yo shitzu, a few cats, a bunny... chickens, among a few other dogs. I'm a very active person and will help your pet get the right amount of exercise. And at the same time I'm very conscientious and will follow your care requests. In home stay scenarios I tend to keep a clean house. And I'm very schedule oriented; things get done by the established and well communicated routine that you provide. At present I am working as a massage therapist. I work a 6.5 hour shift 3 days per week. Otherwise I'm usually around cuddling fur babies. I'm very time oriented, everything in my life is set on a recurring schedule. I tend to get up at 6AM and be in bed at 10PM I care for pets in the client's home. I follow the instructions provide. I ask questions when people are vague or provide ambiguous information. I send daily pet photos to keep owner abreast of their pets well-being.
