“This was my first time leaving my dog with people she hadn’t met before so I think we were both a little nervous. Dottie tends to be wary of strangers—especially men—but she warmed up to Selina almost instantly and even befriended Pascal and Jesse without hesitation (which is almost unheard of for her). I received daily updates along with pics and vids that put me totally at ease! This is a family of true dog lovers (with some serious dog-whisperer energy). They exceeded all my expectations and I’m pretty sure Dottie’s already planning her next visit with them.”

“Great first full day and overnight boarding at Bridget's. I love the attention to detail with the individual feeds and the full play space with access for the doggos to go into the heated cabin. My dog had a blast! Also, I'm grateful for how respinsive Brisget was to messaging! Thank you for the great care Bridget!”

“Here's a polished version of your review: My experience with Britanie was excellent. She took great care of my dog and kept me updated throughout the stay by sending pictures and messages. I really appreciated her communication and attention to detail. She was also very flexible with both pick-up and drop-off times, which made everything convenient and stress-free. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable and caring dog sitter.”

“We left our sweet Janna with Ben for 12 days — the longest we’ve ever been away from her, and the first time she stayed with someone outside of our family. From the moment we dropped her off, Ben made the entire experience incredibly comforting and stress-free. He went above and beyond every single day. Janna was walked regularly, kept active, and absolutely showered with affection. Ben sent us frequent updates and photos, which truly put us at ease and made us feel connected to her even while we were away. When we picked her up, it was obvious how well-loved, healthy, and emotionally balanced she was. She was relaxed, happy, and completely at home — you could tell she had been spoiled in all the best ways. Honestly, when she hears Ben’s name now, she perks right up… I think she may have adopted him as her second favourite human! We couldn’t have asked for a better sitter. Ben has officially become Janna’s “home away from home,” and he will be our first choice every time we travel. Highly, highly recommended — 10/10 experience. ❤️🐾”

About: I have been around dogs my entire life and have experience caring for dogs of various breeds, sizes, and personalities. While I am new to Rover, I have regularly looked after dogs for family and friends, providing them with a safe, comfortable, and loving environment while their owners were away. I currently own a friendly Golden Retriever named Kobe who gets along well with other dogs and loves making new friends. Caring for my own dog has given me hands-on experience with daily exercise, feeding routines, basic grooming, administering medications when needed, and recognizing the importance of maintaining a dog's regular schedule. My family and I have a large, fully fenced yard that provides plenty of space for dogs to run and play safely. Whether your dog enjoys long walks, active playtime, or simply relaxing in a comfortable home environment, I will make sure they receive the attention, care, and exercise they need. I understand that every dog is unique, and I strive to provide personalized care that helps each pet feel safe, happy, and at home while their owners are away. My family and I have a very flexible schedule that allows us to provide plenty of attention and care for your dog. I am currently on paternity leave for the summer, and my wife is on maternity leave until September 2027, which means someone is almost always home to supervise and care for your pet. Once I return to work, I will continue working from home two days per week, while my wife remains home full-time. This allows us to maintain a consistent and comfortable environment for dogs staying with us. We are also available on weekends and can accommodate a variety of schedules. Your pet's safety, comfort, and happiness are my top priorities. Dogs staying with us are treated like part of the family and cared for in a safe, loving home environment. We have a large, fully fenced yard where dogs can run, play, and get plenty of exercise. Our dog Kobe, loves meeting new friends and is always happy to have a playmate. We are a family with two young children, so dogs staying with us should be comfortable around kids. Our children have grown up around dogs and are taught to be gentle and respectful with animals. All interactions are supervised to ensure everyone remains safe and comfortable. I take the time to learn each dog's routine, including feeding schedules, exercise needs, and any special instructions. Whether your dog enjoys lots of activity or prefers a quieter day, I will do my best to make them feel right at home. I understand that leaving your pet with someone else is a big decision. That's why I provide a safe, caring environment along with regular updates and photos, so you can enjoy your time away knowing your pet is in good hands.
“We had Ashley as our sitter for a week. Our puppy had a good time in her place. Ashley communicated with us and sent us pictures and videos daily. We felt so lucky to have her as our sitter. Especially, her farm is so safe for a dog. She is definitely our first choice when we need a sitter again. Tanks a lot Ashley for taking such good care of Mika!”

“We had such a wonderful experience! Stephanie was incredibly understanding of our dog’s nervous nature and took the time to make him feel comfortable and safe. It was clear he was well cared for and truly felt at home. We felt completely at ease leaving him in her care, which means everything to us. We’re so grateful for the love and attention she gave him and will absolutely be using her services again. Highly recommend!”

“Tanya is truly amazing, and I could not recommend her enough!! She is truly an animal lover and it’s clear to see. Her updates and pictures of my sweet girl really put my mind at ease while I was away; I never once worried about her. I will absolutely be boarding with Tanya again if I need a sitter. You would not be disappointed booking with her!”

“This was Georges 1st time with Justyne and he loved it. We were gone for 8 days and had limited access to send any email. Justyne sent updates and pictures every day so we knew George was doing well even though we could not reply. Everything went very well and we will definately book with her again for our next trip.”

“First time leaving Ruby alone without a family member watching her and Valerie was amazing with her. Picked her up with no issues must of had a great time as she is fast asleep beside me now 😄”

“Danielle is great! We were nervous leaving Luki but after meeting Danielle we could tell she was experienced and Luki really liked her right away. Danielle sent us pictures and updates during Luki's stay. We picked up a happy tired dog at the end of her 3 day stay! We have already booked her again 🙂”

“Selina took exceptional care of my cat, Ink, while I was away. She came every single day to feed him, clean his litter, and most importantly, spend real quality time petting and playing with him. Ink has asthma and requires medication, and he can be quite a difficult cat with new people. I was honestly very stressed about leaving him, but Selina completely put my mind at ease. She handled his meds perfectly and was incredibly patient and gentle with him. Every day, she sent me thoughtful updates along with beautiful photos and videos, which reassured me more than she probably knows. It made such a difference being able to see that Ink was comfortable and well cared for. I would strongly recommend Selina to anyone looking for a trustworthy, attentive, and compassionate pet sitter. I will absolutely be booking her again the next time I travel.”

“Maria was absolutely incredible! She watched my 2 cats and went truly above and beyond. Her communication and timing was excellent and I would highly recommend her to anyone needing any type of pet sitter! Thank you Maria!!!”

About: I’ve grown up surrounded by animals and currently have three cats of my own, so I understand how important it is to have someone patient and attentive caring for them. I’ve been pet sitting independently since 2022 and have experience with daily visits, feeding routines, litter maintenance, playtime, and administering medications when needed. I understand that every cat has a different personality, some are social and playful, while others are shy and need space. I always take the time to adjust to what makes each cat feel safe and comfortable.
About: I’ve been lucky to grow up surrounded by pets of all kinds, including some with chronic medical conditions, which taught me patience, empathy, and how to provide individualized care. I genuinely love animal company—sometimes even more than human company!—and I adapt my care to fit each pet’s personality, whether that means gentle, calm attention for seniors or playful, energetic engagement for younger dogs. I’ve also completed several professional pet behaviour classes with my own pets, so I understand how to help nervous or timid animals feel safe, comfortable, and loved. Every tail wag, purr, or happy snuggle is meaningful to me, and I strive to make every pet’s experience fun, comforting, and stress-free. I currently work a full-time job in healthcare, but am available on most evenings and weekends! I work the occasional shift work so am also available during the day at times. My services include walks & home visits to your house (either overnight or drop-ins). Due to my own pets, I am unable to take your pet to my house. I am a very clean and organized person and I would ensure to treat your house and space the same as I would my own. I will make sure your furry friends get the best experience I can possibly give, and tailor my care to your pet’s liking!
About: Hey there, fellow dog lover! I’m the person your pup’s been hoping you’d find. Dogs have been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. Think muddy paws, endless fetch, and the occasional epic game of “who can out-stubborn who.” I’ve owned dogs of every size, shape, and quirky personality, and I wouldn’t trade a single slobbery kiss for the world. Here’s what sets me apart: I’m certified in Animal First Aid through the Canadian Red Cross (safety first—always!). I also have hands-on experience in dog rehabilitation and training, so I’m the go-to for pups who need a little extra TLC or a gentle nudge in the right direction. Whether your dog is a high-energy ball chaser, a senior looking for some sunshine and slow strolls, or a shy rescue who needs patience and understanding, I’m here to make their day brighter (and give you total peace of mind).Let’s be honest, your dog deserves someone who’ll treat them like family. That’s exactly what I do. So if you’re looking for someone who will love your dog as much as you do—and maybe even sneak them an extra treat or two then let’s chat! Ready for your pup’s next favorite human? Book with me, and let’s make some tails wag! I am currently working from home so am available for walks & drop-ins mid day. I am also available anytime evenings and weekends as well. Holidays too if I am around! When I care for pets during drop-in visits or walks, safety and trust are always my top priorities. Before each visit, I make sure I understand your instructions, your dog’s unique needs, and any special routines or quirks. During drop-ins, I do a quick safety check of your home such as making sure doors, gates, and windows are secure, and removing anything that could be hazardous to curious noses. I let the dops out for a much needed potty break and top up water bowls. On walks, I use sturdy, well-fitted leashes and only go to places you’re comfortable with, whether that’s a quiet neighborhood street or a stroll through a trail. I’m always alert to my surroundings, keeping an eye out for potential hazards like traffic or other animals. If your dog is nervous or reactive, I’ll choose the calmest routes and give them space to feel safe. I clean up after your pet (of course!), refresh water bowls, and send you updates so you know exactly how things are going. Most importantly, I treat your home and your dog with the same care and respect I’d want for my own. My goal is to make every visit stress-free for both you and your pup, so you feel confident and your dog feels happy and secure while you’re away.

“Nevaeh was great! She took on our request very last minute, and really got us out of a jam caused by another sitter that cancelled on us a day and a half before we were leaving. After meeting her we knew that our cats would be in very good hands. Thank you Nevaeh!”

I’ll make sure to follow all instructions carefully and will work hard to build a relationship with your precious baby, at their pace of course! I love learning as much as I can about them so that I can provide the best possible care and an enjoyable experience for them while you’re away.

“Rebeca has been great with spending time with my cat Buffy! Despite my cat being a bit timid and reclusive, Rebeca was very patient and made a lot of efforts to engage with her and win her trust, and was enthusiastic with sharing her experience with me.”

“Mylo had a wonderful stay with Zarah and her family. I received daily pictures and updates about how he was doing. When picking up Mylo, I was given amazing advice and extra cat supplies like cat treats Mylo had liked more then the ones I sent him with. I would definitely book with Zarah again and recommend her to every pet family if needed. Thank you again Zarah! :)”

About: I have been honoured to be from a very animal Oriented family and have lived on a farm for most of my life. I have cared for and have given the best care and love to animals such as, Guinea pigs, cats, turtles, horses, dogs, and pretty much everything else you can imagine. I was born an animal lover and every animal becomes my family. I can identify special needs in any animal such as first aid, anxiety issues etc I work from home, so your pet has 24/7 attention. Be prepared for your loved one to get 3-4 walks a day along with an hour play time or a trip to the dog park daily! I have a fenced yard. My golden retriever is very patient and loves all types of dogs. If your dog is allowed on the couch or bed, well so is mine. I would rather your dog be able to cuddle and be comfy right beside me during the night to make them feel trust, and feel more comfortable in a strange environment. I am able to make every animal feel like home. Just ask my references … if your dog likes burger patties from McDonalds or pup cups from star bucks… I’m your girl… I am very experienced with highly reactive and aggressive dogs as well. Unfortunately, I do Have a dog of my own, but can manage very well as I am highly trained with aggressive dogs. I believe all dogs can be trained in a well loved and supportive environment once triggers are identified I spoil every animal like it’s my own! Great with puppies and super forgiving. We all make mistakes even if it’s our furniture!!! I have tons of training experience to make this not happen! I am fear based certified as I am a canine enrichment volunteer at the Ottawa Humane Society

“Oslo had a great time with Bridget and Glenn for daycare. Their flexible, open approach provides oslo with supervised freedom and is so much better for him than traditional kennel boarding where he alone in a kennel for most of the day. I trust Bridget and Glens experience completely, and the flexible pick-up and drop-off times make everything much less stressful for me. Highly recommend!”

I spend a lot of time at home in the. In the summer, I am out and about a little more, but when I have a dog, I will make sure that they are well taken care of with walks before I leave and when I return My house is very pet friendly. When I am home, they will have the run of the house. If I have to step out, they will be put in their kennel if they have one or they will be left in the family room with a baby gate at the door. I live on a country road. There is little traffic. I am looking into getting a dog run. I will do a couple walks a day minimum and play time outside weather depending. And lots of cuddles

“Hi, Max really like is stay at Zahrah house, clean friendly house and it shoewed she really care about dogs. Max and myself we are saying thank you so much for taking care of Max. I would recommend Zahrah to anyone. Thank you so much. Jean & Max”

“Mina is caring, reliable and so great with our dogs. Our pups love her and are always so excited to see her. We appreciate how thoughtful she is and how she works in play, exercise and lots of attention ☺️”

“Sept 9, 2024: We left our toy poodle (13 months old) with Catherine for the first time. Catherine is a lovely person and you can clearly tell that she has a natural passion for looking after dogs and always has their best interest and safety in mind. Her home and yard are very clean and organized. We received regular updates on how our puppy was doing with pictures and videos, which was so nice to receive. Our puppy had the company of Catherine’s own puppy and the two played really well with each other. They have a backyard that is fenced and puppy-proof for a perfect place to get some fresh air and play time. We will be booking again with Catherine. Looking for your go-to daycare - We highly recommend Catherine. Thank you Catherine! 5+ stars”

“Amazing! She took good care of Pyper! Pyper was tired when she got home but not too tired to sniff around the new home we moved into. Thank you so much for taking care or our baby on such short notice!”

“Justyne was amazing with my dog Toffee. Toffee tends to be quite nervous meeting new people and in new environments but was made to feel so welcome from the moment we walked through the door! We also appreciated the regular updates throughout the stay. Highly recommend and we will definitely be using Justyne’s services again. Thank you so much Justyne!”

“Our first experience with Olivia and Drew was fantastic. They immediately put us at ease by taking the time to learn Toby’s routine and making sure he felt right at home. Their 10-year-old Coco welcomed Toby with the enthusiasm of a puppy—a testament to the love and care they clearly give their own dog. Toby (5) also enjoyed spending time with another well-mannered 12-year-old dog, so he had a great little social gathering while we enjoyed our evening out. When our evening ran later than expected, Olivia and Drew couldn’t have been more understanding and accommodating. Toby came home happy, calm, and looking exactly as we left him. We’d gladly trust them with Toby again, and knowing he’s welcome back anytime makes the recommendation even easier. Thank you both for taking such great care of our little guy!”

“Erin is the greatest dog sitter ever - my dog absolutely loves going over to her place and when he gets home he is so tired from all the fun he has. I Highly recommend Erin!”

“Krista was great with communication and confident with her care of my reactive dog! She did such an amazing job and kept me in the loop during the whole visit. Would love to have Krista come back again and walk Zoey!”

“Keshia has been amazing with our dog, immediately being comfortable with some of his less than desirable behaviours (ex jumping) while at the same time making our dog feel comfortable. She has been professional and reliable, and a life saver with quick reponses and last minute walks. Dexter and us are very appreciative of your help!”

About: Hi! We’re Selina and Pascal, longtime dog lovers with years of hands on experience caring for pups of all ages, sizes, and personalities. Over the years, we’ve shared our home with (and cared for!) everything from playful Pugs and Frenchies to energetic Aussies, loyal Golden Retrievers, goofy Doodles, gentle St. Bernards, cuddly Chihuahuas, and many others in between. We’re comfortable with dogs who are high energy, low key, seniors, puppies, or those who need a little extra medical attention, including medication or special routines. Our family team includes us both as well as my 16 year old son, Jesse, who loves helping out and giving dogs lots of affection. We recently lost our beloved Bella, a French Bulldog mix, so we have plenty of space in our hearts (and home!) for your pup. I currently work from home full time, so dogs in our care are rarely alone. And if I ever need to step out, Pascal works nearby at the post office and can easily pop in to keep pups company. Long story short: there’s almost always someone around! We’re dedicated to giving each dog the same warm, personalized care we’d want for our own; daily walks (up to 4 times!), playtime, cuddles, mental stimulation, and lots of love. Just let us know any special needs or quirks so we can tailor their stay to what makes them happiest. 🐶💛 Please note: we can’t host cats in our home due to our son’s allergies, but we’re happy to offer drop ins. Since I currently work from home full‑time, pet care naturally fits into my daily rhythm. Regular walks, feeding times, potty breaks, and play sessions are built right into my schedule. I adjust the day based on each dog’s needs, whether they thrive on extra exercise, prefer frequent short outings, or just love being close for cuddles. And with Pascal working nearby at the post office, there’s always someone available to pop in if I need to step out. This means your pet gets consistent companionship and is rarely ever alone. Your dog’s comfort and safety are always our top priority. In our home, pups are treated just like family, free to relax, explore, play, and enjoy plenty of affection. Since I work from home and Pascal works nearby, dogs are rarely left alone for long. They get several daily walks, outdoor time, and a calm, cozy environment to help them feel completely at ease. One thing that’s really important to us: we only host one family’s pets at a time. That means no mixing unfamiliar dogs from different households. This helps ensure everyone, pets and humans, stays comfortable, stress free, and safe. Plus, your pup gets 100% of our attention and care, with no competition for space, toys, or affection. Cat care is available through drop-ins as we can’t host cats in our home due to allergies.
“Shanna is punctual , attentive & extremely caring. She loves dog & it shows. My dogs LOVE when Shanna walks in to see them or give them a walk. She takes her time when she is with them & ensure they are fulfilled with exercise & mental enrichment. HIGHLY recommend.”

“Upon meeting Fionna, I knew that she has a passion for animals and I instantly knew she would be a great fit. When I got home Frankie was still napping so I knew she had had a good hour of fun and exercise.”

About: Please note: I often have my kids with me during drop-ins, walks, or house sits. They love animals and are very respectful of pets. I’ve had lots of experience with dogs. My dog growing up was a husky but we’ve had quite a few breeds. I would love to get to know your fur babies and get to help take care of them! I offer a tailored, reliable schedule for your pet, including feeding, medication, and multiple daily walks or potty breaks. My top priority is keeping your dog comfortable, happy, and safe, sticking as closely as possible to their normal, daily routine to ensure a stress-free experience. Safety first: Experienced in handling, vigilant on walks, and fully committed to your dog's security and comfort. Rest easy knowing your pet is with a responsible caregiver.

“Highly recommend! Ramona had great communication, was very comfortable with our anxious dog, and was flexible to accommodate us. We felt confident that our girl would be looked after really well. I will definitely reach out again!”

About: I had the absolute honour to be a dog Mom for 15 years. My beautiful Benjamin earned his angel wings in September 2023 but I still remember how hard it was to find a loving & attentive dog sitter who had senior dog experience, and it was through Rover that I met some really amazing dog-sitters and I'm forever grateful they were part of Benji's journey. Benji had diabetes for years so I have extensive experience administering needles and oral medication. Benji was also a fussy eater so I’m also used to making meals tasty and the environment super relaxing to ensure your baby is as happy as they can be while you’re away. The primary reason for having a higher-than-average rate is because I promise to provide exceptional, safe, and attentive care to your precious baby. I’m also open to giving very frequent updates and photos to make your experience away from your baby as enjoyable as possible. I’m very mindful of safety rules and making sure you’re little (or big!) one is safe and cared for 24/7. I love dogs so much and I miss their beautiful love and light, and while I’m not ready to have another one of my own yet, I look forward to caring for your dog as I would my own. I love giving lots of cuddles, belly rubs and walks and I aim to make every dog feel super loved and adored. Right now I’m currently working in Ottawa for the federal government from Monday to Thursday. I work from home on Fridays, and I am available all weekend and would dedicate every hour to looking after your fur baby. I’m currently in transition to retirement, so I will be available for full-time sitting as of January 1, 2027. For boarding, I am comfortable spending all of my free time outside of work with your baby. I don’t have any obligations that would take me away from focusing on your baby’s care. I also live in a very quiet neighborhood, so it would be a peaceful and enjoyable experience for your little one. I look forward to meeting you and your precious baby! 🐶 For now, I work from home 1 day a week (Fri) and have to be in the office in Ottawa 4 days a week (Mon-Thurs). I would be able to be home with your baby (Fri, Sat, Sun) but if you’re going on vacation and request more than those 3 days I’m more than happy to do 7 days a week, as long as you’re ok with them being alone on the 4 days I’m in the office (from 7am to 3pm). As of January 1, 2027, I will be fully retired and available 24/7. I have a fully fenced yard and live on a corner lot so there is lots to see and sniff even if just running around my yard, but I am happy to go on lots of leashed walks as well. I’m pretty good at interpreting the signs for potty time, but I love learning as much as I can from you about what your baby’s habits, needs and preferences are. Being a devoted dog Mom for 15 years, I was always extremely careful about making sure my Benji was safe and happy, and I did many things to avoid potential situations, such as crossing the street on walks if another dog looked aggressive, making sure I had eyes on him at all times and knowing what he was doing, even when sniffing the ground, making sure nothing was on the ground that could be hazardous. Nothing was more important to me than protecting my Benji and also making him feel super loved and relaxed. Trust is so important when choosing a dog-sitter. I’ve had a few negative experiences when I needed one in the past, so I know how awful it can be to search and have to settle for mediocre care when in a pinch, so it’s important to me to offer the utmost in care for your baby and for you to be assured that they are in good hands. I’ve had very positive experiences using Rover in the past as a dog owner & I’m excited to now be able to give positive experiences to other pet parents as a dog-sitter. I’m more than happy to abide by any and all requests or preferences that you have when it comes to your baby and I’d love to know their likes and dislikes and whatever else will make their stay with me the best time ever!
About: I’ve had dogs growing up, one at my moms and one at my dads, I now live alone and would love to help with your little fur babies! I have 4 pets right now two bunnies and two cats. The bunnies get kibble and veggies in the morning. The cats get wet food in the morning and at night. Dry kibble out all day and hay out all day for the bunnies. We clean their cage 1/ week, and the cats litter gets changed every 3 days. I’ve dog sat a few times for the same family and if you have a routine for your pets I’ll gladly follow what your looking for, I also have a routine for mine as well, so whatever works best for you!
About: I've taken care of dogs and cats since I was 12 years old. I'm very patient and love working with animals to ensure that they are comfortable. I work at home during the day from Monday-Friday and care for my Shih tzu throughout each day. I bring her for many walks each day. I am flexible in the care for my clients pets. Based on client recommendation, I can either give their pets their own comfortable space or, if they enjoy the company of people and other dogs, I can slowly introduce them to my dog in a shared space.

I genuinely love and respect all animals, and I bring that same care and attentiveness to every pet I look after. What sets me apart is the combination of experience, empathy, and commitment. I understand that every cat has their own personality and needs, whether they’re playful kittens or shy seniors, and I take the time to connect with them in a calm, respectful way. You can count on me to provide trusted, compassionate care, just like I do for my own. Pet care is a natural and joyful part of my everyday life. I work from home full-time, which allows me to give your cat the attention, companionship, and care they need throughout the day. I also have two animal-loving, babysitter-certified daughters who are home for the summer and just as dedicated to making your feline friend feel safe, loved, and comfortable. With our calm, pet-friendly home and flexible schedule, your cat will be in caring and attentive hands at all times In our home, we have a completely separate, quiet section dedicated solely to the pets we care for. This space is designed to make your cat feel safe, comfortable, and stress-free, with cozy spots for resting and plenty of attention. We understand how important it is to create a calm environment, especially for cats who may be shy or adjusting to a new place. If caring for pets in your home, we follow your routines closely to provide familiar comfort and minimize any disruption. Whether at your home or ours, the priority is always the well-being and happiness of your feline friend.
About: I am the go to dog sitter for all of my extended family, and I have sat for small to large dogs. And I have mostly sat for houses with multiple dogs. I work early mornings Monday to Friday, so I’m free during the normal working day. And full availability most weekends with advanced notice. And I can sit multiple days in a row. I can follow whatever routine you have with your pet. I can follow complex instructions, detailed feeding schedules and I have care for an elderly dog that required diabetes shots daily.
About: While I don’t currently have a dog of my own, I’ve spent years caring for dogs through family, friends, and my time helping at a veterinary clinic. During that time, I gained hands-on experience handling dogs of different sizes and temperaments, assisting with their care, and accompanying them to obedience training classes. I understand the importance of patience, positive reinforcement, and maintaining a safe, structured routine. Whether your dog loves long walks, playtime, or simply relaxing with good company, I’ll provide dependable, loving care and treat them like they’re part of my own family. I’m currently not working and would love to spend my down time caring for animals as it has always been a passion of mine. Schedule is pretty flexible. I believe pets are happiest when they can stay in the comfort of their own home and maintain their normal routine. I take the time to learn each pet’s schedule, including feeding, walks, playtime, medications (if needed), and any special instructions. I provide plenty of attention, affection, and enrichment while also respecting each pet’s individual personality and comfort level. I currently provide care in my clients’ homes rather than my own, as I want to ensure every pet is in the environment where they feel safest and most relaxed. I’ll also keep you updated with photos and messages, so you can have peace of mind knowing your pet is happy and well cared for while you’re away.
About: I have cared for my family’s dogs for periods ranging from a few days to several months, and I have regularly lived with dogs for long periods of time. Through this experience, I understand that caring for animals requires time, patience, responsibility, and dedication. I truly enjoy helping animals feel safe, calm, and comfortable, and I always try to create a caring environment where they can feel relaxed and secure. Im available friday after 12m to Sunday, I would plan my daily routine to make sure your dog is included throughout the day, with dedicated time for rest, feeding, playtime, and exercise. Your dog would not only be cared for by one person, but welcomed as part of a family environment. I genuinely enjoy the company of animals and feel comfortable understanding their behaviors, needs, and personalities, which helps me provide attentive and caring support. I live in a large apartment with plenty of open space, around 50 square meters available for pets to move around comfortably. Even large dogs can move freely, and my home is free of fragile objects, so your dog will not feel restricted or stressed while staying with me. I also live near parks and pet-friendly walking areas, which makes it easy to provide regular outdoor exercise and enjoyable walks. I understand the needs and behaviors of animals, and I would adapt my daily routine to the schedule and specific needs of your pet. I am very protective of animals, so your dog would always be safe and carefully supervised with me, especially in open or public spaces. I believe in building trust and discipline through patience, consistency, and positive interaction rather than using force. In general, I connect well with animals and enjoy giving them a sense of safety, comfort, and confidence so they can feel protected and truly enjoy their time with me.
About: Hello! (je parle français aussi) I’m Suzanne, based in Orléans, and dogs have been at the heart of my life for as long as I can remember. Earlier this year, I said goodbye to my beloved Charlotte, my sweet senior chocolate lab who walked beside me for so many years. Losing her has deepened my understanding of how precious our companions are and how much care, patience, and presence they deserve at every stage of life. Dog walking and pet care are more than routines for me; they’re a source of joy, movement, and connection. I love getting to know each dog’s personality, quirks, and needs. Whether it’s a high‑energy pup who wants an adventure or a gentle senior who prefers a slow, steady stroll, I adapt to their pace and comfort. I have experience with dogs of all ages, breeds, and temperaments, including rescues and dogs who need a little extra reassurance. Compassion, safety, and respect guide everything I do. My services include home visits and neighbourhood walks in Cumberland, Orléans, and nearby areas. I’m also comfortable providing additional care such as administering oral medication, feeding, brushing, cleaning up waste, and of course offering plenty of affection, playtime, and calm companionship. I’d be honoured to care for your furry friend and give them the same kindness and attention I gave to Charlotte. Looking forward to meeting you and your dog, Suzanne Schedule: My schedule is flexible, and I’m available on weekdays and weekends between 6 a.m. and 8 p.m., making it easy to find a time that works best for you and your pet. (Other arrangements can always be discussed to suit your needs.) Safety, trust & environment: I tailor my care to each pet’s personality and your specific instructions. I will treat your dog as if they were my own, with love, patience, and attention to their needs.

We wouldn’t hesitate to use her services again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable and caring dog sitter!”
