“We left our sweet Janna with Ben for 12 days — the longest we’ve ever been away from her, and the first time she stayed with someone outside of our family. From the moment we dropped her off, Ben made the entire experience incredibly comforting and stress-free. He went above and beyond every single day. Ben sent us frequent updates and photos, which truly put us at ease and made us feel connected to her even while we were away. When we picked her up, it was obvious how well-loved, healthy, and emotionally balanced she was. Honestly, when she hears Ben’s name now, she perks right up… I think she may have adopted him as her second favourite human! We couldn’t have asked for a better sitter. First of all, their home is lovely and has a perfect yard where dogs can burn their energy. Second, they are so kind, welcoming and have a very gentle dog who got along great with my busy huskies. I was nervous leaving my dogs in a new place; however, they provided updates and kept an open line of communication with very prompt replies; which really brought peace of mind while being away.
