About: I’ve been around dogs my whole life and have experience with a wide range of breeds, sizes and personalities, from Yorkies to German Shepherds. My mom also bred a few litters when I was in my 20s, so I’ve spent lots of time around puppies as well. I currently have a dog of my own and am comfortable following whatever routine and care instructions you have in place. I’m home throughout the day and have a pretty flexible schedule, so I’m available for pet care during the week and on weekends. I can usually work around different schedules and routines depending on what you need. I have a fully fenced yard with plenty of space for dogs to get outside and play. I’m happy to follow whatever routine you already have in place, including feeding schedules, walks, litter box care and any specific instructions. I was really anxious to leave my babies (2 cats) for the first time, and after meeting her, I was honestly no longer nervous, because I knew she would take such amazing care of them. She followed all of my instructions about safety and feeding perfectly, and took the time to listen to everything I had to explain (which was a lot) so I appreciated that. She sent me so many photos and videos throughout her stay so I was never left wondering how they were doing - this gave me so much reassurance. Above all, she is a wonderfully sweet person who truly cares for animals and will treat your animals as if they are her own. I have cared for and have given the best care and love to animals such as, Guinea pigs, cats, turtles, horses, dogs, and pretty much everything else you can imagine. I was born an animal lover and every animal becomes my family. I can identify special needs in any animal such as first aid, anxiety issues etc I work from home, so your pet has 24/7 attention. Be prepared for your loved one to get 3-4 walks a day along with an hour play time or a trip to the dog park daily! I have a fenced yard. My golden retriever is very patient and loves all types of dogs. If your dog is allowed on the couch or bed, well so is mine. I would rather your dog be able to cuddle and be comfy right beside me during the night to make them feel trust, and feel more comfortable in a strange environment. Just ask my references … if your dog likes burger patties from McDonalds or pup cups from star bucks… I’m your girl… I am very experienced with highly reactive and aggressive dogs as well. We've tried other pet sitters and kennels and it would always break our hearts to see how stressed she would get. We're so fortunate to have found Debbie and Greg. We had a few trial daycare stays before a longer trip in the Fall and while Nova was initially nervous she was able to settle into their home after the first stay. I can't express enough how relieved we are to have found people that Nova feels comfortable with. We can finally go on vacation without having to stress. Debbie and Greg have a calmness about them that helps Nova deal with her anxiety of being without us. They have a calm home environment and a nice backyard that Nova enjoys during her stays. I would highly recommend especially for pup parents that may have a pup with some separation anxiety. About: I had the absolute honour to be a dog Mom for 15 years. My beautiful Benjamin earned his angel wings in September 2023 but I still remember how hard it was to find a loving & attentive dog sitter who had senior dog experience, and it was through Rover that I met some really amazing dog-sitters and I'm forever grateful they were part of Benji's journey. Benji had diabetes for years so I have extensive experience administering needles and oral medication. Benji was also a fussy eater so I’m also used to making meals tasty and the environment super relaxing to ensure your baby is as happy as they can be while you’re away. The primary reason for having a higher-than-average rate is because I promise to provide exceptional, safe, and attentive care to your precious baby. I’m also open to giving very frequent updates and photos to make your experience away from your baby as enjoyable as possible. I’m very mindful of safety rules and making sure you’re little (or big!) one is safe and cared for 24/7. I love dogs so much and I miss their beautiful love and light, and while I’m not ready to have another one of my own yet, I look forward to caring for your dog as I would my own. I love giving lots of cuddles, belly rubs and walks and I aim to make every dog feel super loved and adored. Right now I’m currently working in Ottawa for the federal government from Monday to Thursday. I have a fully fenced yard and live on a corner lot so there is lots to see and sniff even if just running around my yard, but I am happy to go on lots of leashed walks as well. I’m pretty good at interpreting the signs for potty time, but I love learning as much as I can from you about what your baby’s habits, needs and preferences are. Being a devoted dog Mom for 15 years, I was always extremely careful about making sure my Benji was safe and happy, and I did many things to avoid potential situations, such as crossing the street on walks if another dog looked aggressive, making sure I had eyes on him at all times and knowing what he was doing, even when sniffing the ground, making sure nothing was on the ground that could be hazardous. Nothing was more important to me than protecting my Benji and also making him feel super loved and relaxed. Trust is so important when choosing a dog-sitter. I’ve had a few negative experiences when I needed one in the past, so I know how awful it can be to search and have to settle for mediocre care when in a pinch, so it’s important to me to offer the utmost in care for your baby and for you to be assured that they are in good hands. I’ve had very positive experiences using Rover in the past as a dog owner & I’m excited to now be able to give positive experiences to other pet parents as a dog-sitter. About: I’ve always had a passion for dogs. I grew up as a dog person & when we got our first dog when I was 10 I was in love. Ive taken care of all kinds of dogs since including anxious dogs, overly excited dogs & dogs with separation anxiety. “Turbo had the best time ever with Kathrine and her family!! He is very elderly and requires alot of special care and assistance and Kathrine's family treated him with so much love and kindness - as if he was their own. I was leaving Turbo with Kathrine because I was attending my father's funeral which was a very emotional time for me. I needed to know that Turbo was going to be well cared for and that I would not need to worry about him - and Kathrine and her family gave me that peace of mind!! They were the perfect fit and Turbo felt right at home with them, especially with Kathrine's daughter who showered Turbo with so much affection that he missed her when he came home. About: I’ve been around dogs my whole life and have experience with a wide range of breeds, sizes and personalities, from Yorkies to German Shepherds. My mom also bred a few litters when I was in my 20s, so I’ve spent lots of time around puppies as well. I currently have a dog of my own and am comfortable following whatever routine and care instructions you have in place. I’m home throughout the day and have a pretty flexible schedule, so I’m available for pet care during the week and on weekends. I can usually work around different schedules and routines depending on what you need. I have a fully fenced yard with plenty of space for dogs to get outside and play. I’m happy to follow whatever routine you already have in place, including feeding schedules, walks, litter box care and any specific instructions. I understand that every pet is different and will follow what works best for yours.

About: I love animals since I was very little I took care of my grandmother's shepherd. now i live with a super friendly french bulldog named drako he is my partner in everything and we love to walk around and meet new friends. I work part time so I have time available to walk your pet in the mornings or after 3pm on weekdays or on weekends I'm free all the time I have a patio but I always prefer to go for a walk and play with your pet in the parks and trails of the city this makes them happier pets love to know new places
