“Eva is a wonderful, caring person. She took very good care of our puppy Oscar. She kept us up to date with photos and messages. We would use her services again in a heartbeat. We highly recommend Eva.”

“Excellent communication and very quick to respond. We had our two dogs stay for a week at his home. He made a fence for his backyard just so our dogs could have fun outside. Our dogs were happy and healthy when they were returned. He took many photos and was very ready to receive them. Amazing care.”

“Edward and his family are awesome. They took really good care of Tako while we had to be away and Tako loves them. Couldn't be more happy to have found a 2nd home and family that Tako (and us) love!”

“Sarah was fantastic, she sent us updates and our dogs looked so happy and so at home with her and her girls. I think our dogs miss them already. I would definitely recommend.”

“This is the second time Kimberly has looked after our dog, Hunter, while we were away on holiday, and once again she was outstanding. She provided daily updates with photos, which gave us great peace of mind. Hunter and Kimberly’s dog, Murphy, bonded wonderfully and became great playmates. It was reassuring to know Hunter was not only well cared for but also happy and having fun. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Kimberly to anyone looking for a caring, reliable pet sitter”

About: I’ve been an animal lover my whole life. Growing up with my little dog Lacey from the age of 8 is what first made me fall in love with having a dog of my own. I was also lucky enough to be a dog mom for many years and he brought so much love and joy into our lives! Over the years, I’ve cared for friends’ pets, both dogs and cats, ranging from large breeds to small, as well as small animals such as bunnies! I have lots of experience with pets including walks, feeding, brushing, active play, and of course, plenty of cuddles on the couch. As a current cat owner, I’ve also gained experience caring for senior pets and understand that they may need a little extra patience, attention, and care with their daily routines and individual needs. More recently, I’ve had the opportunity to foster a puppy, which I’ve found incredibly fulfilling and rewarding. I love getting to know each animal’s unique personality and helping them feel safe, happy, and loved while in my care. Whether your pet needs a good walk, some playtime, a little extra patience, or simply a cozy companion to curl up with, I’ll care for them with the same love and attention I give my own. I look forward to getting to know your furbabies! 🐾🤍 Since I work a hybrid position, my schedule can be somewhat flexible so please don't hesitate to ask if you have any questions regarding availability or if it lies outside the currently listed availability. My main availability will be in the evenings after 5pm but I’m not limited to that so feel free to ask. Weekend availability would be flexible with afternoon being favourable. I offer secure and friendly drop-in services at your home, interactive and fun walks for your furbabies, and cat sitting. I also offer dog boarding in my home, where there’s lots of space for your doggo to relax, play, and feel right at home. 🐾 I’ll treat your furry family members with the same love and care I give my own. Please reach out with any questions!
“Saksham took great care of Percy while my family was away at a cottage for 4 nights. They sent plenty of pictures and updates throughout his stay. They also made sure to give him his medication on a set schedule. I think Percy had a great time! Thanks for taking such good care of him.”

“Charlie had his first stay with Donna last weekend. He had a fantastic time playing with Lucy, Donna’s dog. I got updates on how he’s doing as I asked for them and I could tell that Donna sincerely cared about him and wanted him to feel at home. He adored her daughter too and was her constant companion. Charlie will definitely be back!”

He has been a very kind person with my dog, sending pictures, schedules, and updates on how my dog was doing. He took care of my dog, and I feel that he did it just like I would have. I boarded my dog here for a few nights and had a really positive experience. My dog is a rescue and can be a bit anxious with some behavioral quirks. She was incredibly understanding and patient with him. I appreciated how attentive she was and how comfortable he seemed in her care. I received updates throughout his stay, which helped put my mind at ease. It’s clear she truly cares about the dogs she looks after. I would definitely recommend her to anyone, we will be returning for future stays.

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Every sitter on Rover is required to pass a background check before listing their services. This process confirms their identity and indicates they do not have any disqualifying offences.
Beyond ID checks, you can review each sitter's star rating, read verified reviews from other pet parents, and see how many repeat clients they have. Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit Rover's Trust & Safety page .
