Over the years my family has had Cocker Spaniels, Chocolate Labs, Weimaraners, and even a Great Dane! Seven years ago I adopted a Mini Dachshund full of love, and stubbornness, who taught me the importance of proper training! Last year when she suffered an IVDD set back. I learnt about a whole new level of care, from bladder expression to wheelchair use. I’m ready to do whatever it takes to keep your dogs happy and healthy! I work as a freelance writer, so have an amazingly flexible schedule that will allow me to find the perfect time to come hag out with your pet! Primarily looking to come drop in or take your dog for a walk in your neighbourhood. But I do I live on a large farm with over a km of walking trails if you want me to pick them up and take them on a outdoor adventure! I have a special needs dog, but if your dogs temperament is the right fit. I’d be happy to have them in my home for day care or overnights.

About: I’ve been around dogs of all sizes breeds and personalities my whole life. I am comfortable and confident caring for dogs that are small, large, shy, social young or old. For the past two years, I have volunteered as an advanced dog walker with Edmonton Humane Society, where I have received hands-on training with their expert Behaviour Team. I’m currently completing an online diploma, which gives me a very flexible schedule. This means I’m available for pet care throughout the week and on weekends morning afternoon or evening. Since my studies are self-paced I am able to easily prioritize your pets needs and give them attention time and care they deserve whenever it’s needed. While I don’t host pets in my own home, I have plenty of experience, caring for pets in their own space and staying at clients homes. About: I have cared for pets from friends and family and have experience working with rescue dogs who needed extra patience, understanding, and care due to behavioral challenges. I’m comfortable adapting to each pet’s unique personality and needs and always strive to make them feel safe, comfortable, and loved. I am currently working part-time so I am flexible and available to meet your needs! My weekends are usually free, and so are my mornings and afternoons. I have a fenced backyard, and a 2 year old prince, Atlas, who is an outdoor cat and can be of lovely company. I live on a quiet street and near lots of greenery and scenic pathways. Before that I was a driver for a dog daycare in Toronto. I currently live in my hometown of Orillia and have been building my client base here. Additional kilometres will be subject to a mileage fee of $0.60 per kilometre for both there and back. My schedule varies each week but is flexible for daytime, evening and weekend requests. About: I have had cats and dogs since I was a baby! But I’ve been more responsible (walking, feeding, taking them to the vet) since I was about 12 years old. I work from home! So I can take breaks as needed to care for your pets, my schedule is very flexible! Working from home is also a great advantage if your pet needs someone to hangout with during the day. I am an animal lover, and I’ll do everything to make sure every pet feels safe and loved while I’m my car. My house has a fenced yard and I live about a block away from the park!
