“We had to come to the Collingwood area for a celebration of life. As we couldn’t find accommodation for a multigenerational family with a dog, our dog needed somewhere where she could be cared for. Our dog was not welcome at any recommended local kennels due to the required interview prior to accepting a booking. After providing a thorough description of our dogs character and needs, we were pleased that Heather offered her services for the weekend. Text communication was replied to promptly and questions answered. We were met at arrival, clarified one or two points about feeds and Roza headed off for an “away weekend”. A photo was provided the next morning, and it was clear that she was in good hands. Pickup was similarly well organized and at the sign over, we found out that she got along with the kittens. Who knew? Thanks for reducing some of the stress of the weekend.”
