About: I've cared for animals since I was a kid. From early morning walks to baths and meals, I have pet-sat for neighbours, friends and family for many years. Most recently I boarded a pet pig. About: I've been caring for animals for 39 years. Over that time I've lived with and looked after cats, dogs, rabbits, and rats, so I'm comfortable with a wide range of pets and their different personalities and needs. My professional background includes work at animal hospitals, grooming salons, and animal rescues. That experience, along with caring for my own pets, taught me how to deliver caring, loving, and thoughtful care that is also medically aware. I'm comfortable providing medical support, administering medications, and caring for special-needs dogs. I work full time from home with a very flexible schedule, so I'm available any time during the week for drop-ins, dog or cat hangouts at my home, or working from your home so your pets can stay in their own familiar space. I am also available weekends as well Just let me know what works for you and your pets! I currently have a pet free home. I do have crates if your pet prefers that or they can cuddle up in bed. Your dog would only be walked on a leash or put out on a very secure, strong cable as I do not have a fenced yard. In your home I would follow any rules and routines you have in place.

For dog walking clients, I also like to do a short practice walk so your dog can get comfortable with me before our first scheduled walk. Over the years my family has had Cocker Spaniels, Chocolate Labs, Weimaraners, and even a Great Dane! But I do I live on a large farm with over a km of walking trails if you want me to pick them up and take them on a outdoor adventure! About: I have been a vet tech for over 5 years but decided that field is no longer for me. I knew I wanted to stay in the field with animals so I became a dog trainer, walker and boarder. Dogs have always been a passion of mine! “Steph was great with our dog Bruce, she handled him very well considering he's 175lbs, usually we are a little reluctant on letting others walk him (family or friends) but Steph assured us on the first visit which certainly made us feel extremely comfortable, especially with when she was asking questions about our Bruce's obedience, any commands we use etc, rather try and use her own like some may have possibly...and we definitely would use her services again...,best of all she was always time, very polite, and is an animal expert...”

About: always been a dog lover and live in a pet community. my uncle is also a vet and would love an excuse to meet him have a flexible schedule to accommodate your needs. sometimes at school or work but there's always some idle time to fill and work with you have lots of dog parks in my area that are fenced so they can get lots of interaction. will also be using leash and other basic tools

Before that I was a driver for a dog daycare in Toronto. I currently live in my hometown of Orillia and have been building my client base here. About: Growing up we constantly had many different pets. May it be cats, dogs, birds or even fish. I love animals and the joy they bring, so as soon as I got my license I started a successful pet sitting business back home. Now that I have moved to Port Hope, I am looking to start back providing care and assistance to my fellow neighbors and their beloved animals. I am extremely patient and kind. I love all animals and if I am not familiar with a particular care process, I am happy to learn. I look forward to being able to provide my services to anyone who needs it. I do currently work 8.30 to 4.30 Monday to Friday but my work is on a hybrid model and I live close to work. I am willing to come and help before work, after work and even on my lunch breaks if needed. My weekends are very open and flexible as well. I currently rent and have 2 cats, so taking care of your pet in my home is possible but restricted. While taking care of pets in their home. I will abide by all house rules. I will visit your home and provide a minimum of 3 walks a day for drop ins, if I am housesitting then more care will be provided. I will also brush your pets and if you wish more grooming services, this can always be discussed.
