About: I work from home in marysville and enjoy a flexible schedule. My home has lots of open area for a pet to wander around and there are extensive walking trails and multiple parks nearby. I helped raise a puppy over the summer, and my favourite parts of the day were playing with him and taking him for daily walks. I no longer live with that puppy, but I still go for lots of walks and would love a little canine companion. I also love cats, the only reason I don’t have my own is because I do shiftwork sometimes. I’m currently working from home in marysville with a flexible schedule. In an ideal world I go for a morning and evening walk or run most days of the week. I also have most evenings and weekends free and can work from anywhere on my laptop if you need house-sitting or in-house pet care I offer dog walking services (different rates for drop-off vs if I pick them up) of various lengths for all dogs. For boarding my home has a large open living area that can easily be contained for a puppy or dog. I do not have a fenced backyard, but I live a very active lifestyle and am comfortable going for long walks, etc to adapt to your dog’s needs. I have a lot of houseplants, they are not reachable to dogs but boarding is not recommended for cats unless your cat is trained to ignore plants. I do offer cat-sitting (visiting twice a day for food, water, socialization, change the litter once a day, etc).

About: I have a lifelong love of dogs and was a dog breeder in Australia, caring for 1–3 adult dogs in my home for many years. Honestly, I sometimes love dogs more than humans! I can offer boarding at my home, but I prefer house-sitting so your furry friends can stay comfortable in their own environment. I work 4 days a week—4 evening shifts and 3 day shifts—while my fiancé, who mostly works evenings, helps care for pets during the day. Together, we make sure your pets get plenty of attention and care. I also work a flexible job, which allows me to take pets out to go potty, feed them, or give them attention at almost any time. I can match your dog’s energy—walking as much as they want and even teaching young ones a few tricks. I’m happy to go on longer walks if needed. To make sure you’re happy with my services, I also offer a free 15-minute trial walk." I work evenings (5 hours/night, usually starting at 4 pm), but my days are completely free for dog walking, feeding, and care. I usually finish walks by 3 pm to make it to work on time. My fiancé helps throughout the day, so your pets get plenty of attention and companionship. I do have a new place with a fenced yard now. I am unable to edit my previous statment that mentions I have an apartment. I can walk a fair few dogs at a time and have my own means of transporting pets in a safely manner. Dog walking my own pets: I would walk my fur balls once in the morning and once in the evening at the beach. I like to take furry friends to areas where they cna be off leash and run around. Brings me excitement seeing the big smile on the pups faces.

About: Couple of gals that love hiking and biking especially with pooches. Our dog has just recently gone to stay with her dog Dad for the winter and we are happy to open our home for dog snuggles as we are missing our four legged friend. Lots of experience as we both had rescues in the past that came with their quirks and spent a lot of time dog training. Love to be outside or even lazy days on the couch if that’s what your pooch prefers. Happy to accommodate for all shapes and sizes and energy levels. Even happy with the quirky ones. We would be caring for you dog/cat as a team, our schedules are varied between day and evening shifts so between the two of us they would get a lot of care and attention. We have a big fenced yard. Available space if you prefer your dog to sleep in a crate. Three people in the house so usually someone around to keep them company, dog would be unattended for maximum 4 hours. We love to hike, run, bike and cross country ski so plenty of opportunity for adventure.

About: Responsible pet owner and pet/home sitter. I have experience with both small and large dogs and cats. I currently own 2 bordercollie’s and a short haired cat, so I am very familiar with playing chuck-it, dog walks and cleaning litter boxes. I will treat you pet and home as if it where my own making sure that they are well taken care of and exactly the way you left them (if not better 😉). I am willing to travel anywhere between Fairmont and Edgewater. I work online so I can move my schedule for your pets needs. All I require is wifi access when home/pet sitting in your home. Please reach out if you have any questions about me and the services that I can provide. Pet care is already part of my everyday life. I have two senior Border Collies who keep me on a regular schedule of walks, playtime, feeding, and grooming. I also spend a lot of time outdoors hiking, trail running, and biking, which makes it easy to fit in plenty of exercise for active pets. Because I work online, I can adjust my day to match each pet’s needs, whether that means early morning walks, midday check-ins, or evening playtime. I prefer to care for pets in their own home so they can stay in the environment they’re most comfortable with. I follow their normal routines for feeding, walks, playtime, and rest to keep things consistent. I make sure they get plenty of attention, exercise, and affection, and I keep their space clean and safe. I’m also happy to send regular updates so you know they’re happy and well cared for while you’re away. If a pet needs to stay in my home, I have a small fenced yard and all the essentials a dog would need for a safe and comfortable stay.

Megan was great with our little dog Murphy! We more so just wanted some companionship for him during the day while we are gone at work. She’d come in midday and spend some time with him which he think he really appreciated! Definitely would recommend!
