“We are so thankful that Sara has helped us with cat care in a difficult family time. She is dependable, proactive and communicative. She treats our cat with care and gave her lots of affection and attention. She went above and beyond to care for an elderly cat in a challenging time.”

About: I’ve had pets my entire life until I moved to Sparwood, now looking to look after anyone’s pets as needed! I will gladly look after senior pets as well. I currently am off work looking for something to fill my days. I would love to look after pets to keep them company and have some company of my own. I do not have pets at my place, but can bring them here when needed. I have nothing pets could get into that’s harmful and I do not use harsh chemicals in cleaning or anything harmful to pets.

About: Responsible pet owner and pet/home sitter. I have experience with both small and large dogs and cats. I currently own 2 bordercollie’s and a short haired cat, so I am very familiar with playing chuck-it, dog walks and cleaning litter boxes. I will treat you pet and home as if it where my own making sure that they are well taken care of and exactly the way you left them (if not better 😉). I am willing to travel anywhere between Fairmont and Edgewater. I work online so I can move my schedule for your pets needs. All I require is wifi access when home/pet sitting in your home. Please reach out if you have any questions about me and the services that I can provide. Pet care is already part of my everyday life. I have two senior Border Collies who keep me on a regular schedule of walks, playtime, feeding, and grooming. I also spend a lot of time outdoors hiking, trail running, and biking, which makes it easy to fit in plenty of exercise for active pets. Because I work online, I can adjust my day to match each pet’s needs, whether that means early morning walks, midday check-ins, or evening playtime. I prefer to care for pets in their own home so they can stay in the environment they’re most comfortable with. I follow their normal routines for feeding, walks, playtime, and rest to keep things consistent. I make sure they get plenty of attention, exercise, and affection, and I keep their space clean and safe. I’m also happy to send regular updates so you know they’re happy and well cared for while you’re away. If a pet needs to stay in my home, I have a small fenced yard and all the essentials a dog would need for a safe and comfortable stay.

About: I am a young professional currently employed as an environmental technician. I am very active and enjoy hiking, camping, biking, swimming, and adventuring in my free time. I've taken care of dogs of all breeds and temperaments since the age of 12. I have owned my own dogs, cats, and horse. I have also worked as a veterinary assistant in clinic, where I gained experience administering a variety of medications, nail trimming, monitoring for signs of medical distress, as well as overall handling of many different pets with many different temperaments. Over the years I have house/petsat, walked, and cared for the pets of many friends, family, and coworkers and have been recommended/employed by others as a result. I am flexible, responsible, and experienced. I look forward to looking after your fur-babies! I am currently working full time, however my schedule is flexible as I work in shifts of varying duration and depends on the week. We can work out a schedule that works best for you. I am willing to provide in-house services, staying overnight as needed. I can administer any medications, and any services that may be specific to your pet. I have a vehicle and am able to drive to you, as well as provide off-site/off-leash (i.e dog park, pack-hikes etc.) activities for your pups.

About: I was a dog breeder in Australia and have had at leasy 1-3 adult pets in my home for many years. I could honesty say that I love dogs more than humans sometimes. Since moving to Canada I ham not allowed to have dogs in my apartment so I want to walk your dog just as much as your dog wants to be walked. I can teach the young ones some tricks. I can also walk longer than 30 mins if needed. I do however have a 4-5 day working week so can do some morning or afternoons, sometimes as early at 2pm in the afternoons. Mornings can be a little harder but I can make it work. I can offer a 15 min free walking trial just to make sure you are happy with my services. I am currently working in the evening 5 hours a night, but all my days are free for dog walking services. Generally I start my nightly job at 4pm so I need to ensure I have enough time to get to work so I stop walking at 3pm.. I do have a new place with a fenced yard now. I am unable to edit my previous statment that mentions I have an apartment. I can walk a fair few dogs at a time and have my own means of transporting pets in a safely manner. Dog walking my own pets: I would walk my fur balls once in the morning and once in the evening at the beach. I like to take furry friends to areas where they cna be off leash and run around. Brings me excitement seeing the big smile on the pups faces.

“Megan was great with our little dog Murphy! We more so just wanted some companionship for him during the day while we are gone at work. She’d come in midday and spend some time with him which he think he really appreciated! Definitely would recommend!”

“Nicole was so excellent with Bodhi, he loved her the minute she walked in the door. And he was happy and content when we came home too. Will definitely use Nicole's services again.”
